Ordered a turkey Tom. Wound up with a mistake. A tiny sliver of turkey light lettuce and little mayo. 3/1/24 visit. Sandwich maker was slamming and tossing everything around. Did not recieve any added ingredients and no tomatoes. I will not be back to this location. It's fine to have a bad day, it's not fine to have it spoil a paying customers experience or meal they paid for. Ethically, get your store in check. Manage your people. This was previously rated a 5, this experience will not occur again. I will not be back.

What has happened to this store? Every time I come here there is issues. Just had to have my meal canceled because they can't even have the ingredients needed. Definitely will call and speak with the GM in the morning!!!

Absolutely the worst most ignorant staff. Hand you your food without a bag and look at you as if your supposed to carry out all the food, and look at you like you have two heads, these people have no clue about being a human

The workers were all so nice to us when we ordered and made sure everything was right. And the food is so good there the atmosphere was not sketchy at all so it was a really nice meal to enjoy.

Walked into an empty establishment for a late lunch, the server took my order for the chicken jalapeno wrap, made fresh in front of me and was pleasant and conversive. This was the first time I'd been to JJ's in a while and honestly, the cost to quality ratio is right on par here. The portion was healthy and the food was delicious. Highly recommend checking this one out.

Service was fast. Food was good and as ordered. Employee was friendly. Prices are better than in Illinois too.

By far the WIRST Jimmy johns I’ve ever frequented. EVERYTIME my coworker and I order delivery, the sandwiches are NEVER made as specified. Today, I ordered a ham sub, and added salami and Turkey. I received a turkey salami sandwich with brown lettuce. How do you forget the ham on an actual ham sub? Also, pretty sure the turkey was frozen and defrosted. It looked grey and tasted old. The previous time we ordered, we received completely different sandwiches than what we ordered. The time before that, they forgot the Mayo, and one of my extra meats. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Good sandwich. They do not have salt/pepper available. Stupid devision on someone's part. No napkins the day I visited. Really nice guys working that day.

I absolutely adore Jimmy John's! How can anyone resist the allure of their fresh subs, prepared in less time than it takes to admit defeat in a staring contest against a goldfish? However, I must admit that my most recent visit to my local JJ's was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. It happened on a seemingly ordinary spring Tuesday in May, around noon. To my dismay, we encountered a level of service that was slower than Firehouse Subs! Those who have endured the agonizing wait at Firehouse Subs can truly understand how bad it was. It wasn't because they were overwhelmingly busy; rather, the two individuals constructing our sandwiches seemed to be moving at the speed and enthusiasm of Flash Slothmore in Zootopia. I'm not exaggerating even a bit! Each smear of mayo took what felt like an eternity. I found myself rubbing my eyes and pinching myself, half expecting to wake up from a slow-motion dream or realize I was having a stroke. The preparation of three sandwiches alone took nearly 12 minutes, a time span shorter than the duration of actually consuming the subs.On the bright side, the service was accompanied by smiles, albeit slow ones. So, I won't deduct any points for that. Now, I'm not particularly strict about uniforms, but the person in charge of our order was wearing overalls with one strap hanging down—a far cry from the clean, crisp JJ's image.Oh, and to top it off, my cookie tasted as stale as the French fry that had fallen between my car seats six months ago.Come on, JJ's... You can do better than this!

I NORMALLY LIKE THE FOOD HERE AND THE STAFF BUT THE LAST 2 DAYS HAD DIFFERENT STAFF AND THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I WILL EXPLAIN.... THE DRINK DISPENSOR CALIBRATION WAS OFF. I TRIED 3 DIFFERENT DRINKS AND IT WAS NASTY. I COULDNT GRAB ANY SWEET TEA BE THERE WAS NONE TO GET. THE CASHIER HAD WHAT SEEM LIKED PAJAMAS PANTS ON. AND HAD SOME TYPE OF HEART SHAPED CHOKER AROUND HIS NECK. THE OTHER GUY HAD HICKIES ALL OVER HIS NECK. I ONLY SEEN ONE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY DRESSED FOR WORK OUT OF THE 4. THE LAST THING THAT DID IT IN FOR ME WAS I FOUND A LONG HAIR IN THE NIDDLE OF MY SANDWICH. THAT RUINED MY LUNCH AND ONLY ADDED TO ME BAD EXPERIANCE THERE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION.
