Didn’t actually eat here and here is why. We were in the mood for KFC so pulled in the parking lot. While sitting in the car before getting out we noticed an employee get out of a car. He had been smoking and what really stuck out was how disheveled his appearance was. I have worked in fast food so this was not the look of just finishing a shift. Needless to say, we decided not to dine here. If the employees appear unkept how clean is the restaurant. Mostly likely will not return for another try.

Me and my husband went in to eat any 2 people was in front of us and no one in drive. Lady in back is screaming don’t take any orders this is crazy. They need to learn how to act and treat people. That place is a joke

Absolutely pathetic! I've given this place no less than 10 chances, but 8 out of those 10 they either didn't have the chicken i wanted or a few times like today I got the response "we won't have ANY chicken for 25 minutes" this place is going to go under because of incompetent management and oblivious ownership.

The worst experience ever. They told me to wait for 10 minutes and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for just a chicken sandwich and then I came in and asked if my order is finished but they started getting mad at me for keep rushing them. I ended up got my money back and left.

We stopped in and had a great meal. I was informed that this location is recently under new ownership and management and it shows! We enjoyed our meal there. It was fresh and the service was good.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

I got there after a long day at work, had to wait in line for 25 minutes before anyone even asked if they could help me .They were so understaffed. I would suggest not stopping there..

Can't really say much. The lobby was closed due to a lack of staff so I went across the street and enjoyed Zaxbys. I was in the mood for KFC.

Stopped there on my way back from Ohio like I always do, this time when I pulled up to the speaker to give my order, a ladies voice came on and said it would be a few minutes, I told her that would be fine. After 5 minutes of waiting I pulled around to a parking spot and went in, I was meet with a young man that told me they do not serve from inside the building and that I would have to go to the speaker and give my order. I told him that I just came from there after a 5 minute wait, he told me that they were outside smoking and that they deserved a break, I can understand being in need of a break but I was the only one that was there. Will not stop there again, SORRY SERVICE
