I ordered a banana split. The strawberry and pineapple toppings were mediocre, like out of a can. When paying almost 10 dollars, I expect better quality. The ice cream wasn't any better than Mayfield. I was unsure of how to pay, and felt weird after asking if it was OK to pay when we were finished (just like at any other restaurant) and was told no. I won't recommend or be back.There was a play area for very little kids around the payment area. Not ideal to me to go through toys to pay, but convenient for moms with Littles.

Something has happened recently with their pricing? The chalkboard menu was erased, and two single scoop cones were $12? I didn't question it since the young workers wouldn't be the ones to ask, owners were not around. But at these prices, I have to think twice about going back.

This is by far the biggest Ice Cream Shop I have ever been in, they have a ton of seating and even a play area for the kids. The ice cream was delicious, happy to give them another 5 star review.
Really lovely place and friendly owners! The ice cream is unique and really tasty, but as for their famous "Tennessee Twist", their soft serve machines were very out of order on my visit.

This is some of the best ice cream I've ever had! The atmosphere was great, and there was a play area for the kids. The ice cream comes with sauces and one other topping. I had the strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and it was absolutely fantastic. The workers were also very friendly and cheery even though we came close to closing time.

Lollipop and Bobo's is such a great addition to Oak Ridge! We stop by often to try new flavors that they get. I do miss some of the original flavors and the original brand of ice cream they had when they first opened, it seemed to be a much higher quality, but I know their were some supply chain issues. However, we still keep coming back because we just enjoy supporting this business. It's faster than other ice cream shops here. It's a great place to have a seat and enjoy a soft serve cone.
