We were there for lunch about 1240, the woman who took our order was very rude.We ordered a bunless burger and then two regular burgers with no cheeseWe were sent to wait on this order at spot number 1When the order was brought to us, we didn't have silverware for the bunless burger, then had to walk inside to retrieve said silverware.Upon further inspection, 1 of the 2 regular burgers had cheese when it was requested that both had no cheese. Which led us to believe one was made much further in advance than the other.The fries for both combos were cold and unsalted. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonalds.

I've visited this location several different times and several different shifts over the past years. (Thumbs down!!)& if possible, skip this one go to other side OR. Out of any of my orders it varies with any of the following:LG ice coffeeChicken mcgriddleMocha frappae no drizzleNuggetsFriesSpicy chicken sand.Pies8/10 times , my order is missing something, messed up , or"unavailable"& wait time is slow af .Morning visits have not been too bad, and decently fast visits. & staff has been friendly. I'd give Morning shift 4 stars

Waited an hour and a half for a biscuit and gravy.
No attention to customers at the register wanting to pay cash. Orders not made correctly. The blender was "broken" yet they keep selling blended items that have such thick ice you can't drink it. Manager was rude and did not want to help fix the situation. He started my new drink and let it sit 5 or 6 minutes before giving it to me. Plus a older lady wanting to pay cash for her dinner they wouldn't even take her order she left after waiting for 10 minutes and no offer to help her. Shame.

Pulled up to pick up a doordash. All workers were outside smoking their cancer sticks or marijuana (hell yeah) decided to sigh when I told them I had a doordash. Do better McDonalds. Wendy's would never. Although the wendys on the turnpike has a crack head working there.

McDonald's isn't fancy by any means, but this one(Oak Ridge) is one of the best ones in the Knoxville area for sure. The food is hot and usually fresh, the line moves very quickly and the employees are generally friendly.
