Since I sometimes shop at the Food City in the same shopping center, I decided to check out Oak Ridge Nutrition. I tried one of their healthy shakes which was around 250 calories but it looks like it would be a lot more. They made me this beautiful festive shake, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

The owners of this shop are very nice. The shakes are pretty decent for the nutritional content and having no milk, but they are a little expensive for one size. Having a small size would be really great. I cannot give them above 3 stars however because of their use of Herbalife products.
