Always good pizza from Papa John’s. My favorite is the BBQ Chicken Pizza. Normally get a cheese pizza for my picky daughter, it’s always good, but sometimes may have more sauce than I like, but still good.

From the phone call to order this was great service.The pizza was delicious and again everyone was so kind.The gentleman that took my order wished me luck with traffic and I just got back into Oak Ridge with no stopping because of the traffic.So again all thank you for my fantastic pizza ??

Pizza was overall good only thing is a little preference of mine was it seemed like it wasn't cooked hardly all the way thru in the center the crust was slightly doughy but the smaller pizza with only 3 toppings was perfect.

Many years ago I moved from an area where I could get Papa John's on the regular to, sadly, not. Stopped here based mostly on nostalgia. Man am I glad I did. Not only did the pizza live up to my memories, but the staff was incredible. Many employees going, they all seemed to vibe really well (absolutely no 'that's not my job' going on) . Super friendly, pizza out hot and fresh, With a smile. Kudos peeps. Made my night!

I didn't eat anything on the day I went in, however the employees were attentive and respectful to me. I needed help cancelling my order because there was such a long queue and I didn't expect it, they got me refunded immediately with no hassle. I recommend them for their service!

Staff was rude, service was slow.. had to wait an additional 30 mins past my pickup time for a 3 item order. Wanted to get pizza before work, ended up having to rush to work instead. 1 star.

0 stars. I tried to place a carryout order online to be picked up this evening and it glitched repeatedly, charging my card 4 times but never actually placing the order. Only 2 of the charges reversed leaving 2 charges on my bank account. The store refused to honor my order as I didn't have a confirmation code. The only option I was given was to give them the order over the phone, pay AGAIN, and not even be given the online price because they wouldn't honor the online coupon either. Now, I'm waiting for the dispute to finalize with my bank for those other 2 charges still pending on my account preventing me from accessing those funds.
