We're always looking for a good burger. We decided for a late night drive to Oakland to try Icehouse. It is more of a bar than we expected. There's not much on the menu but what we had was great.

Honestly, I was surprised when me and a couple buddies went to try out Icehouse. I’m new to Oakland and there isn’t much around besides Mexican so this was a nice change in pace. They have a pretty good assortment of different types of beers you can try and fresh! The menu is simple so if you aren’t great at making decisions, this should be great for you. I got the burger, which was pretty good but I was pretty jealous of the flat breads my buddies got, they looked incredible. The pretzel was a great way to get that additional carb intake as well. The service was personable as our server gave all his recommendations on the food and the weekly schedule of activities that Icehouse hosts. I’ll be back for the trivia and bee ASAP!

Had a good burger. Tried 2 different beers, both very good. Negative was beers were 8 ozs, $10 and $8 which I felt was overpriced. Service was excellent, but price will keep me from going back.

you're not going to find anything close to this quality of beer and service in this area, and the food ain't bad either. great place to enjoy friendly patrons, live music, trivia, and bingo. kudos to the crew specifically, they are the icing on the cake!

Great beer, seltzer and cider selection. Food is good, staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat and child friendly.
This is a great place to hang out with friends and try all the great beer. We have been there 3x this week already.Awesome pretzels and love the Flatbread. Bingo nites are a packed house and lots of fun.It would be great to have bistro tables outside, if it's allowed.We'll def be back.

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Atmosphere : poor choice of wall colors( dungeon like)--it was smoke free that was a plus--- outside setting would be a plus for those who do not appreciate dungeon like setting or prefer not to drin k. Too much like a hidden bar in town.
