Restaurant was not clean and smelt bad too. After receiving our food (our fries were upside in the bag and fries were everywhere) i went up to the counter and asked for some ketchup. The employee who i believe to be the manager, was taking an order for the drive thru and told them to hold, she then acted very irritated and rolled her eyes when I asked for the ketchup. I was in no hurry and could have waited till she was done. She then handed me a few packets that had leaked and were super sticky. I would not recommend going here as the staff isn't the best and orders are typically wrong.

Ocoee Hardee's is always good, it doesn't matter what you order. The service is always good as well. Unless you have the manager wait on you. She has no personality or people skill what so ever, she has the personality of a rock & always comes across like your wasting her time and that she hates her job & everything to do with it. I just went thru drive thru came home to eat and there was a hair in my biscuit. I called up there and she told me to bring my biscuit and my hair lol if your employees would wear hairnets like your suppose too then this would not happen. And I'm not driving all the way for a biscuit yall should replace the next time I come
