Came for lunch, my friend and I got hibachi. I got steak, he got chicken. Both of the meats were incredibly dry and tough, about 5 bite size pieces each. The vegetables were raw and crunchy. The fried rice was just white rice with some egg in, also not good. The only palatable thing was the salad, which had pretty good dressing.

Red ninja is my new favorite sushi joint. First, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Its normally not crowed ( which is why I hesitate to write this review ) the sushi is very fresh, the wasabi is good, and his creations are unique. Red Ninja also has fair pricing, now a days its hard to find a sushi roll for less than $15 yet I don't think one roll on his menu is over $15 and most of the basic items are less than $9. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming!

Great lunch specials even on Saturday. Today we tried spicy tuna, eel, spicy yellowtail, and Tamba (fried red snapper) rolls. And soju. Highly recommended!

The food is really good here. The people are super great here. That's the four star experience. The setting is TERRIBLE. Little was done from the previous version of this establishment, which is very utilitarian and not a welcoming in-dining experience. The food is much better than fast food - it is WAY BETTER and great for sushi in the burbs - but the setting is low end fast food ie - wants you to take the food to go - detention room, over-lit and unappealing, and even fast food chains have upgraded to a better dining set up than this, and doesn't fit the food or do it justice. Little decor, no ambiance, uncomfortable booths. Fun music but the overbearing lighting really is something they should focus on that would make a huge difference here on if they could just change that. T They had a ton of food delivery pick up going on, which the set up seems to be more tailored to serve, but they have a great beverage menu offering alcohol which would need diners to maintain. Why have an alcohol license if you just want to be a to-go kitchen? They are on the corner of a nice retail area with a traffic light for ease with the busy road. plenty of parking, and they have a patio, but they need to put some effort in their dining area, at least fix the lighting!! Menu is a good mix of options, yet uncomplicated, nor overdone. A lot of eel sauce on the rolls on the menu. Food tasted of quality, good portions, and for price, which is same as others in the area. They only had two ppl visibly present working, but I felt like service was attentive, though If they get more in-store they would be struggling. Again - very nice staff and good service, clean place, good sushi!

I don’t understand how these guys aren’t full every single night. The sushi is amaaaaazing. The smoked/seared salmon or tuna that comes with the nigiri, omg, I literally felt my pupils dilate. It was the best combination of smoky, fatty, sweet, and umami that I’ve put into my mouth. The last time I tasted something so novel and mind-blowing was probably when I was a baby and I was tasting some flavor for the first time and forming that particular neural pathway. Tonight, I just formed another neural pathway, for the seared salmon, and it felt So. Good.If you’re reading this, you should try this place out. If you’re 30 minutes away, you should drive 30 minutes to this unassuming hole in the wall, eat the amazing food, and watch the K-pop girl bands on TV. If you’re 45 minutes away, you should do the same.

Best sushi we've had in Nashville! Hibachi shrimp is on point! Everything was hot and fresh. Great service, very clean restaurant. Crab puffs and spring roll appetizers were unbelievably delicious. We will definitely go back!

Called in my order and it was ready right on time. Ordered 12 pieces of salmon nigiri and it was delicious. If you have eaten at Jimbo’s Sushi in the Arcade downtown, Red Ninja is where those guys moved after they closed the Arcade for renovations.

Moved in from out of town and looked to find a new go to sushi place to replace the favored one back home. So many good places but, they all felt like they were missing something. Found this little gem and I'm so happy I did! The sushi was absolutely amazing and the staff really drove it home! This is definitely my new go to!
