ordered online a hot sub got there early my sub was sitting on counter not all the way made while the person was taking another order witch was 3 sandwich and a pizza and finished the others order and then asked me if If I was the online order and what I wanted on it they said they heated the meat on my order but I got it and it was cold and not edible

Went in order 3 subs 1 girl started making my sandwiches then asked the other girl to help her which she walked over and started gloving up before washing hands and started to make sandwiches and didn’t hang her FaceTime up and some other kid comes in getting cups of water idk if he worked there or not and walking in and out. The bar looked rough with little to no prep work done. I usually don’t have an issue with it being clean or professional but today the training was not shown to them. Seemed more worried about sitting down and being on the phone or hiding instead of doing job

I just paid nearly $15 for a 6 inch sub with a drink and chips!!! They didn't even have the bread I wanted!!! I'd rather drive a little further into Oak ridge and spend $15 at Jersey Mike's for a bigger sandwich and fresher veggies

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Ordered a meatball sub. I was told it would be a minute due to the meatballs needing warmed up. Wait a minute and they bring the meatballs out and make my sandwich. I drive back to my work 1 minute up the road to eatvmy sandwich before I go back in to work. The meatballs are ice cold. I wasn't able to eat the sandwich and didn't have time to fool with replacing it. Awful experience. The employees a woman and some young skinny boy was not friendly at all.

Only 1 type of bread, and it was stale. Sandwich was skimpy. Supposed to get 2x the cheese, that didn't happen. Won't be coming back to this one.

I didn’t think to catch the girls name, but the service was unmatched. When I walked in she was busy in the back, but promptly greeted me. She was very friendly and polite. She made my food quickly and exactly as I asked. 10/10. Excellent customer service.

It seems like one girl is always running the place by her self during lunch rush but she's very friendly and the food is good.
was charged $9 for a sub that had only meatball sauce and cheese on it. (which would be considered veggie sandwich it had NO MEAT) they were OUT of pepperoni. They charged me for a pizza sub! The FIRST thing they ask when you walk in the door is "HOW MANY SANDWICHES?!?!?" like it's a big deal that you even walked in the door. so needless to say I paid $13 for my 7 year old daughter to have bread with ONLY sauce and cheese on it with a drink.

It was definitely the most rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway restaurant. It was hurry up what do you want I don't care I've got to leave kind of attitude. Very disrespectful and did not even complete the order correct you didn't know we were standing there asking to be put on the sandwiches while we liked
