Horrible food, long wait time, and the workers act like they are high

Placed a large order thru the app on 4/1/2024 at 8:30pm, food was supposed to be ready by 9pm. Get there pick up order only to find the lobby doors are locked but a whole soccer team being served & eating inside. Was told to go thru drive thru to pick up my order, but since my driver has epilepsy & they have parking lot light that flashes we were told they could bring it out to me, I said fine. I wait 10 min & the the manager? & coworker come out to tell me that they don't have any of my order ready so they would cook all of it but they were also getting ready to close? so the way it sounded they didn't wanna make my food. I said I had placed the order a half hour before coming to get it, they Said the inside customers sent their orders in before me, so they got served 1st, though you don't normally see mobile orders being eaten inside the restaurant. I said fine just give me my money back, manager? said since I placed the order online they couldn't refund my money, I would have to call the 1-800 number. Tried calling them for my refund only to get a recording saying to call back during normal operating hours. Which would be when??? It's doesn't say. So I paid almost $100 for an order I didn't receive & I have yet to get my money back. I won't ever try to eat here again so don't bother trying give me free food coupons, that would just be a waste of time. I just want my money back, or I can report this as theft.....The back is your court, Only time will tell......

We visited about lunch time on Saturday. The store was very clean. The cooking area & floors also very clean. The staff was very friendly & greeted us right away . We will visit again.

the chicken was dry and over cooked. the coleslaw wasn't up to their normal standards. totally disappointed. since covid this company has went down hill. never going back

Was traveling from Florida and stopped to eat in oneida at your establishment. First the blond haired girl running the cash register made a remark that you couldn't understand. Then she said are you going to order , no I just want to stand here thinking that to myself. I politely responded yes ma'am I would like a 8 piece meal. She turned to miss red lipstick and ask . Do we have chicken. Nope they can order something else. We'll before you tell me what to order Is not very professional . As I walked out I hear he couldn't afford to eat here. Well I went to pizza hut spent 70 bucks. WELL DONE KFC

Unfortunately they are rude.and can't seem to get the order correct.
I cannot and will not complain about the food. It is always tasty.I can be a little pickier about the counter service.1. My order was not correct. I noticed, mid order, and made sure to repeat it to attempt to get the cashier to remedy the mistake. It was still rung up wrong and had to have it fixed after the fact. To be fair I could tell this was a new employee. I kept my cool and didn't make a big deal about it.2. I only got one gravy to go along with 3 large mashed potatoes. C'mon y'all. How's that supposed to work with a family of 7. I got the big meal for a reason. LolI will still be visiting, but I don't want to get the "Stink eye" when I start checking my bags.Parking: They have an order ahead and pick up parking spot!
Food is always cold when we get it here and we had to wait forever for them to cook new ones so the other food got cold.

Good food most of the time, especially the fries. But if ordering from the drive thru, make sure to check your fries before leaving, I have received old ones a few times.
