Everything I go through the drive thru. They forget part of my order. I always have to go back to retrieve the rest of my order. The workers always act like it's my fault. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for food tonight and got home and as usual was missing food. I go back up there and acted like it was a big deal that I came back. I paid for it, I want it. Going to stop spending my money there if things don't change. Get it together!

We went through the drive through ordered a liver meal well done with mashed pots and gravy and wedges. We pulled out drive through and I checked the bag. It had alittle bit of livers and mashed pots and Mac and cheese but they had it right on the receipt. So went back through got my wedges and trusted them once again low and behold the wedges were cold and been sitting awhile by that time we was on the way home when I noticed.

I love Lee's!!! I go there to order the Chicken Liver Meal. They are 1 of 3 places that serve Chicken Liver. I also love their Chicken Strips. Not greasy, just right!! I am a frequent Lee's customer!!

I ordered a 12 piece and it took them 45 minutes with no other customers to get it out to me. I had to call into the restaurant and remind them about my food then they brought it out! That is really bad service there was no other customers we was the only ones ,there is no reason to take 45 minutes to get food out!

The meal did not come with a biscuit as the menu states and the tenders were slightly warm, dry, and not fresh. The wedges were also similarly disappointing. The sandwich, like the tenders, was only slightly warm and had no pickles.This Lee's is quite disappointing compared to others we have eaten at. The tenders were also noticeably different from other Lee's. The service (minus the speed) and cleanliness were okay; the food quality was abysmal. I prefer Lee's over KFC, but I will not visit this location again.*In response to the gracious reply of the location's owner, I have revised my review from 2 to 3 stars.
