I ate at Arby's at the Scott County Food Court earlier and I thought they deserved a review.First the service was slow and rude . Scott County is a small county where everyone knows everyone and it this played a factor in my visit to Arby's an irratating experience.They were rude and after paying $30 dollars they hand me someone else's order. They were very rude and it was all because of a certain person, my ex sister in law (Jackie Lowe) . Which was recently charged with child abuse and child neglect, but should have been charged with accessory for not reporting her husband with molesti

Expensive, awful service, dirty, and to top it all off they can only "give" you one sauce packet with your 10 dollar no drink meal before charging you 25 cents per pack of ketchup? Go back out of business.

Friendly and nice except I'm pretty sure the lady that was working cash register didn't tell me that I gave her an extra 20 bucks mistake bc they stuck together and she should of know bc she also counted the money and I am almost positive I gave her 5 20s instead of 4 but it's ok karma will come back

Stopped here to gas up my car on the way back to Louisville after meeting someone I met online after my husband died, who lives in Oneida Tennessee. The clerk was so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the guy, R. Carson was a cheater and major deceptions, but at least I met nice people at this stop and in this nice town.

I'm not sure who is the restaurant manager, but they must be difficult to work for. They don't have enough employees. They haven't had indoor dining in forever...

Just to clarify I started working here a month ago. The reason our lobby isn't open is due to not having enough staff, the ones that do get hired end up constantly calling in or quit. Our lobby will be open as soon as some good workers come through! If you can help us get some good staff and people that actually want to work please send them our way! We are working on better customer service! Please continue coming you all are the reason we have jobs! Thank you again to every single one of my customers! We appreciate your patience and support

The drive thru was pretty full, but the staff did a good job of expediting the window. We ordered Long John Silver. The food was hot and fresh when we got it. Our order was correct and the window staff was friendly and professional.
