Sweet tea is extremely nasty taste like mold or something took one little drink and had to throw up instantly PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE TEA and yes tried to call several times and no answer at all I was there today which was 4/22/24

Sat and waited for someone to answer the drive through for 15 minutes and no one answered. Then pulled up to the actual parking spot and waited for another 15 after pressing the button. Awful.

Order was wrong when I showed the carhop my order wasn’t correct. She was very rude and charged me to correct the order. When I asked for condiments she said it was already in the bag I showed her it was not she continued to be very rude. I did get the correct order finally with condiments but my $8 meal turned into a $14 meal

This place is a joke. Ordered jumbo buffalo popcorn chicken and received old, cold, and gross popcorn chicken with no buffalo, ordered a strawberry cheesecake blast and received a strawberry shake after they forgot it twice. They forgot both of our milkshakes as well as our ocean water. They acted like it would be a chore to pay with 2 cards. We might as well have flushed 50$ down the toilet.

After 4 bad experiences over a year, you would think they may have improved some, gave them another try and even worst service again. They need to shut that place down and get some new management that knows what customer service is.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I sat waiting for almost 2 hours for them to get my order wrong and then for them to make me wait for 45 minutes more to get a sandwich that had the tomatoes and pickles on the outside of the bun.
Sat for 15 minutes waiting for service no one answered. Went to drive thru waited another 10 minutes no one answered. Left and went somewhere else.

Waited for 15 minutes with the red button hit and more people came and was still waiting for someone to answer. Had to call the restaurant and they told me they was only one worker and one cook. But when I pulled in they was a bunch of then standing outside and went into the restaurant when we pulled in.

I don't know why I continue to stop and waste my money at this sonic,It is the worst restaurant in this county The food isnt eatable,it takes forever to get your food and the employees are down right RUDE. I have learned my lesson this time!!
