The new Arby's Big Bacon Cheeseburger(?) deserves a miss. Now, staff and service etc was excellent. But in the cut throat world of fast food burgers, this one is not good. Get a French dip or Roast Beef instead.

Compared to other chains in the area, Arby's was dead (6:38pm 12/5/2023). The service from Matthew was amazing. The speed of service was great. The food, not so much. I ordered a #6 large the sandwich was mostly bread, the fries were mixed and was mostly empty (not even a handful). Did Arby's NOT have the meats tonight? What about fries? Why is it okay for you to charge over $12 for bread? I have posted photos.
Guaranteed they going to always mess up and forget something on your order. And good chance your food will be cold.

It was partially my fault. I ordered the big game burger thinking it was about football. But it actually has elk and venison in it. Which in my opinion is disgusting. Other people may like it. The problem I had with it the sauce was on the bun. The hamburgers weren't straight. It just wasn't a good experience but it wasn't too bad as I gave it three stars because I also should have read what was in the burger
