Went on a night during live music on the patio, so I'm not sure if my experience was typical. Server was overwhelmed and had help from another server at one point, but they must not have communicated because at one point I was delivered 3 of the same drink from two different servers after a long wait. In fact, I finished my appetizer and half way through my entree by the time I got my first drink.At the end, I noticed my wife and I didn't get charged correctly at all. Good for us but the business lost money that night. I ordered 2 drinks, received 4, and was charged for 1. My wife didn't eat half her food because it was cooked wrong. She ordered 4 beers, received 3, and was charged for 2. No discount on her terrible food, but we figured it was a fair wash for us.

Pretty good food , I would have liked real fish fillets for the fish and chips ,but not super disappointed, our server was super attentive and very accommodating,5 stars for that ,not too expensive fun "everybody knows your name" kinda atmosphere.

Laid back environment, excellent food and service staff, I was surprisingly impressed!
Love this place, I only wish it was closer to my house! I drive by "the other wing places" to come here for the service, food quality, and price. It is one of the few places where there is something for everyone in the family and they are all happy. I have also noticed when we visit the owner comes by to check on tables, very family friendly place.Kid-friendliness: I have a really picky eater and he is willing to try new things here.
I've eaten at beef o Brady's multiple times and it's very good. Usually I have no complaints, sometimes my order may be missing something or slightly wrong, it's not too often that happens though. They are a little overpriced in my opinion too though. I do keep ordering from them so that shows they're doing something right. Give them a try if you're in the Ooltewah area!

The waitress was great. The hostess needs an attitude adjustment. My mom got the october brats, they were mushy and I don't recommend they, I got the octoberfest grilled chicken, it was OK, not good enough to order again. They seem to be skimping on the fries as well .
