I eat bojangles everyweek for my drive to work. I visit several different locations on my drive each week. This location and Cleveland refuses to sell me a large water. I need the ice in the Styrofoam cup to get through the day. I would like to know why they refuse to sell me a large ice water? This has been a frustrating struggle with these 2 locations. All the other locations are ez. 50cents and some ice and water. Whyyy must this be so painful for just a cup and water??? Tried to call the store mangers about this but no one returns a call... customer service just isn't what it used to be

Me and my boyfriend travel back and forth. We had a great experience the short time we were there. The manager with the locs and the purple shirt was extremely nice and he did a wonderful job on selling me the bo berry cookies. We were impressed by the staff and the high cleanness score. Keep up the great work.

Just went to order something in the drive-thru and sat there for over 3 mins and no one ever acknowledged us. Drove around to the window and some lady RUDELY said... Well what do you want!! What??? She was on her phone and it's like we interrupted her!! If you don't want to do your JOB, go home!! Will never come back to this location, EVER!! So we went to Chick-fil-A instead.

Got home food was cold .I ordered a 12 peice dinner got a 8 peice for $43...nothing was right .I called back they would replace the 4 prices that wasn't there THE gravy for the potatoes not the cold biscuits.Just was worth the drive back up the Highway.

The boy who took my order was fantastic (Khine)! He was very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic! He recommended the bo berries biscuits and they were amazing! Great customer service!
I chose the WRONG location to visit after not having Bojangles for quite some time. Afternoon visit, not a car in line. Asked the guy if the fries were fresh bc I ordered a large with my meal...he stamers "uh, they're pretty fresh". It would've taken minimal effort to say, "hey were not busy so me just drop a few if you don't mind waiting." Fries were stale and barely warm and chicken wasn't hot!!! I understand why people get frustrated when their food isn't correct!

I ordered and paid for my meal and coffee. Then the manager sees that he is out of hot coffee and refuses to make more, only offering a fountain drink. He said they don't "usually" make coffee after 3. I'm sorry, but that's not my fault! I already paid for it!.....Thankfully another employee went ahead and made the coffee to avoid a confrontation, because I was about to get hostile up in there after several polite requests.
