I went here after work for the first time today about 2:40 pm. I had to wait for the young lady to finish her conversation with the other 2 male employees before she would wait on me. And when she did I felt like I was a inconvenience to her. She was not any way friendly at all ..almost down right rude in her demeanor. I'm the wrong person to do that too as I'm a pretty good tipper so you guessed it no tip. I got a turkey bacon ranch sub which wasn't bad but hate to say the chili was horrible. It tasted like hormels . I threw it away. I didn't have much interaction with the young males working. But with that young girls attitude today I truly have no desire to go back. I truly learned a lesson. Look me up Sam...

I just ordered a Jamaican Jerk Turkey and a Smokehouse Brisket. Picked it up and got it home without a single bite of turkey on the Jamaican (my wife’s brisket was great which is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of one). $10.89 for a sandwich with no meat. How do you leave the meat off a sandwich?

I got a medium turkey sandwich with mayonnaise only and it was the best thing I’ve ever ate. The meat was nice and hot and the bread was perfectly toasted. Definitely the best sandwich place to go to!

I ordered a Kings Hawaiian pork and slaw and it was delicious. Stacked high full of flavor bursting into my taste buds. It was so good! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very clean. I felt very welcome to Firehouse Subs and will be coming back for seconds!
