We celebrated Valentine’s Day last year at the Ooltewah location. This was our first time eating at this establishment and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and so was the service. Christie was absolutely great and her suggestions were spot on. Anytime we have family or friends that say they’re going, I always recommend the Ooltewah location and tell them to request her as your server. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience! The staff went above and beyond for my birthday. Service (with our waiter Alexander/Alex) was really great and the food was delicious and very flavorful. Tiramisu for dessert may be the best tiramisu we’ve ever had. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, and I like that you can easily get a reservation online. We had a wonderful dinner and will be back!

Wnt here for dinner on a Saturday and we really enjoyed the experience. We arrived around 5pm and there was not wait to be seated. Our server was prompt and attended yo us quickly. We order a couple of appetizers which were both awesome, unfortunately I do not recall the names of them. The dinner meals were also good, again I didn't get the names of the dishes.Prices are about average for Italian, and the atmosphere was nice. Overall I enjoyed the dining experience and wouldn't mind returning in the future.

Everything fresh and seasoned well and with house made deserts. Broccoli, spaghetti squash, red fish..awesome flavors. Haven’t been to this good of a restaurant in a long time. Next time we are driving thru town, we will see what else they serve. Very fair pricing! Oh, love that they have Simpsons meats, -the best steaks!

Get a reservation, this place gets crowded.Finally a good Italian restaurant in Ooltewah. Every dish my family ordered met expectations. One observation though, the focaccia served in the beggining was a little dry.

First time I've ever visited IL Primo and it was excellent! I'm Gluten & Dairy Free, and they were able to accommodate to me better than I expected. The food is more than most others in the Chattanooga area, but when you find a good place that knows how to cook high caliber food, the pricing makes sense. I will be returning again soon.
I can only remember going to one Italian restaurant better than this one. It was in the Italian neighborhood of Chicago. The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The pork scallopini was terrific. Thank you!

Overall was disappointed after reading all the great reviews on Trip Advisor etc. The first two courses were excellent (calamari, soup and salads) Entrees were average at best, my daughter's scallop dish the rice was borderline spoiled, the spinach pasta was odd in the lasagna dish's. Desserts just didn't have great flavors. When plates were delivered they were almost thrown on the table. To expensive for an average dining experience.

We went for the Tuesday night special. Lobster in a creamy sauce with pasta. It was amazing as always. The seasonal beet salad is a truly tasty treat. TJ is an amazing server as always. Amanda and Cody are super bar tenders and the Blood Orange Old Fashion was very enjoyable.
