Went in today with my husband and my son and they were so amazing! Walked in and was immediately greeted with some tasty meat and a free BBQ sauce! They didn’t mind my son having lots of energy and the owner was so sweet and seemed grateful that we chose them to shop with today! Will definitely be going back! My husband is a frequent flyer and we will continue to be regulars! Thanks for being awesome to us today! <3

I don’t know where or what world Corey Williams lives in. Steve Ray at owls nest BBQ has the best BBB supply store around. He is great to help and support his customers needs. The great thing about America, is you can shop anywhere you choose. Corey , if Walmart is so great than do all your shopping there.

I called Steve at 8 AM in the morning because my smoker had stopped working. I couldn’t afford to buy a new one right away from him but I found a friend who had a smoker but I was pressed for time cooking a 12 pound brisket. Steve was very generous and Told me a couple supplies to get and gave me specific instructions on how to make up the time and help me save a brisket. Steve store has everything you need as hardware and the advice you get from him on cooking makes this place the best place to buy Barbecue supplies in Chattanooga!

So this is why local and award winning BBQ Pitmasters get a bad name….. I walked in here and the same barbecue sauce here is double what it is at Walmart…… blues hog bbq sauce is 6.88 at wal mart and he’s charging 11.00…… I can understand making a little money…… but almost double…. I stood in there for 12 mins before I saw the first worker….. needless to say……… I won’t be back and I’m telling all my friends……..

Excellent BBQ. We had the pork and brisket, both of which were excellent . We happened upon this place by accident. I highly recommend stopping by. The people were very friendly. We were just traveling up the interstate, but when back in the area will definitely stop to eat.
This is a food trailer parked in a gas station / BBQ supply store. It's a hidden gem.The gas station is an independent shop called Midnite Oil, a block from I-75 on US 64 in the generica area of Ooltewah, TN.Jeff does a great job with his smoking and the pulled pork Sammie is delicious. The Owl Stacker is a hot dog on a burger bun with pulled pork, slaw, pickles, and a fried egg with apple habanero BBQ sauce. It's a mouthful!My wife and I ate there for the first time as part of Chattanooga BBQ Week and got a "smokin" deal on our dinner. We will be going back to check out the brisket.Note: the trailer is marked with both Owl's Nest and Smoking Goat.

Tried calling this place to ask about the menu. Guy on the phone was confusing and a little rude. Told me just to come out to see what was on the menu - when I said, that's why I'm calling the guy on the phone just said "I'm right in the middle of something." Thanks - won't be trying this place out.

Excellent barbecue supplies store. Absolutely the BEST barbecue spices. Only place I have found Texas Gunpowder, by SuckleBusters. In memory of Whit "Pappy" Pinnell (1928 - 1999). This famous spice was very popular in the 90's until Pappy passed. SuckleBusters version is better than the original that was ground jalapeno powder. The new Texas Gunpowder is Ground Ghost Chile Powder!All the SuckleBuster seasonings are great. Especially the Habanero on Prime Filet.And Owl's Nest also has good prices on BBQ grills and Big Eggs.

I also met Steve and he was more than happy to answer my questions and share some great tips as well. I’ve definitely found my Q store now. Just have to make that trip from Mississippi ?.
