I purchased a caramel cake (which was not your ordinary caramel cake) from Piece-a-Cake Bakery decorated with orchid flowers from Blluum (go see Christine!) for my mom’s 60th birthday and it a beyond a 10/10! Even the pickiest eater in my family enjoyed the taste which means it’s a hit! If you’re looking to elevate your next party please try both!

Staff were polite and professional. They created exactly what I requested. Beautiful work delivered as promised. Delicious taste. We picked up the cake on Friday and refrigerated until the event on Sunday. The cake was still moist and delicious. Priced very reasonably...another bakery quoted 2x the price for the same cake.

This was by far the best cake experience we have had. My little boy wanted a bear cake and they did an amazing job. It is a beautiful cake and it tasted delicious. All of the staff were kind and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will never use another bakery again.

I contacted them about a custom cake that I wanted. I provided a picture of the cake and verified with the decorator that they could do it. I paid for the cake in full at that time and I was told to email the picture of the cake to them the Monday before I would be picking it up. So, I did just that... I provided a picture by email (which they had stapled to my order), I called them after I sent the email and spoke to them. We discussed the cake in detail. I wanted it just like the picture and we agreed on a pickup time (because I would driving an hour to pick it up and I had an appointment later in the day). I showed up to get the cake and it was not ready. I could not wait but I was able to arrange to have someone pick it up for me (they drove 45 minutes to pick it up for me.) When I saw the cake, I was so upset. The cake was not correct. They left out a word. I called them. They acknowledged it was their mistake. I am unsure what I could have done differently as a customer. It was for my daughter's birthday and I am so disappointed in their customer service.

Piece-a-cake may just be one of the best bakeries in the Chattanooga area! For a long time now, I have been coming here, and the service has been outstanding. The ambience is exactly what you would expect at a bakery. It smells great. It looks clean and welcoming. I love their cakes, cookies, and cupcakes! About their cakes, their icing is not overly sweet like most of them. I definitely recommend this bakery.

My wife's cake was absolutely amazing!!! They did such a great job with the designs that I wanted. It was fairly priced, and It was also very delicious. Not one bite was left. I highly recommend them for your next birthday, or event.
