Wife ordered chicken melt and ask what was on it, was not told it was on rye bread and she does not eat rye bread. When I ask to exchange for something else we were told no exchange or refund since that is what she ordered. That is terrible customer service! We will not be eating at Rafael’s ever again!

Ordered a pizza on 2/3/24 and when I went to eat it, noticed several pieces of grayish hair in it - the pic shows one hair and how each hair looked. They were closed at the time we ate it, so I called the next morning 2/4/24 to ask for a refund or replacement & also offered to bring the pizza in with hair in it so they could see for themselves. The young lady who answered my call was very kind and had to continuously put me on hold to speak to the manager. I asked her to put the manager on the phone because she was told to tell me “no refund/no replacement.” I wanted to hear it from a manager. The manager never would get on the phone and they refused a refund/replacement. I have filed a complaint with the health department as well. Check your pizzas (or any other food closely) before consuming if you choose to do business here.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for 30 years. I have been getting the same sandwich for that long and recently they’ve gone to very thin meat and extremely thin slices of cheese. I cannot taste the cheese on the sandwich. It’s such a disappointment. I wish they would just make the original sandwich with the nice plump chicken and regular ham and cheese slices and just charge more. Probably won’t be going back there much.

I called the store at 1:10pm and asked if they were still doing their pizza buffet and salad bar. I was informed that “yes they were doing it until 2pm” which I responded great I will be there in 15 minutes and should have plenty of time to eat. I showed up at 1:30 and ordered the pizza bar which was then informed that they were taking it down for the day. Which was a surprise to me because even the sign on the exterior of the establishment states they have it until 3pm and their response was that they just won’t make any more pizzas for me to have to eat and that all that was left was half a pepperoni pizza. This is terrible customer service and I wasted a trip coming out passing many restaurants to find out that this is how they treat customers. I ended up ordering a steak sandwich because I had already wasted my time coming out that way and the streak sandwich was barely eatable. I am surprised this establishment is still in business with combined terrible service and lack of food quality. It is going to be hard for me to ever go back here.

I went to buffet today there was 2 old dark color pizza I was on a lunch break I asked for a fresh pizza made and waited 30 mins then had leave and go back to work and still no fresh pizza horrible horrible never go
A great place for call ahead pizza.A little pricey. But worth it. I didn't care for hamburger on another experience. I didn't see heat lamps on pizza all you can eat bar.

Upon entering a strong feel of bleach filled the room.Under trained staff. Didn't know what was on the menu. Got a gryo that tasted like rubber. Bathrooms dirty. As we were leaving, Looked down on pavement and what appeared to be vale that had apparently broken had toilet paper floating out onto driveway.

The Italian cheese steak sandwich was nasty,it didn't have mayo, no onions.the bell peppers wasn't cooked the bread was hard as a rock, the fries tasted like they where cooked in old oil and I spent 82.00 there. The only thing I ate was half of my salad I ate half of my cheese steak the other went in the garbage same as my son. For the price of food take out I could have gone to a buffet and paid less for food that I could eat all of. My dog wouldn't eat the cheese steak. The last time I ate there I got a piece of metal in my cheese steak so no more for me. I bought a total of four salads 2 Italian cheese steaks and a 3 price chicken strip plate still don't no about it, 82.00 that's a lot for that little bit.
