Service was terrible manger didn’t welcome me just told me to hold on I stood there for along period of time waiting then finally got service the young guy working there kept gazing at me like he was mad about doing his job I will not be back to this subway service takes long they are not nice to there customers especially the young man that was working Monday morning manager is no better

This location acts like there is a vegetable shortage in the country. Ask for more olives and she puts her whole hand in..but only pulls up 2 olive slices each time. The hand is faking a grab and only actually taking 2 or 3 slices. Thinks she's being slick, but to me it's taking money from the customer and giving them less product. How arrogant they are. Also wraps the sub as tight as possible while squeezing the life out of it. A 12 inch sub then looks like a burrito. Then they take your 12 dollars and send you on your way.

Soggy cold meatball. It was not edible. The bread was completely soggy. The wrapper was completely wet and stuck to the sandwich. The cheese all fell out and was stuck to the paper. Meatballs were freezing cold. Disgusting. Kids working that seem not to care or like their job.

Ordered a 12in Turkey sub online as discounts don’t work in store and the staff recommended IT. Very disappointed that I didn’t receive a normal portion of protein compared to in store orders. I ate half my sub and didn’t notice a whole lot of protein and assumed it was pushed to the other side unfortunately when I opened the other half 1/3 didn’t have meat and the other 2/3 had a thin layer of protein.I was a little confused as I believed this wasn’t a normal portion so I watched them build multiple sandwiches with 2-3X more protein, the lady saw me watching and asked “Can I help you” and I replied “my other half really doesn’t have meat” and then ignored me and continued building sandwiches, creating a very awkward situation. So a little confused I sit and wait and when I watched the line slow down I asked and showed the cashier my order and asked half heartedly “is this the normal portion because I might need to start ordering the PRO” and he responded “The meat was probably pushed to the other side” and then walked away creating an even more awkward situation. I ended up just leaving but I’m not satisfied with how they handled it and the unwillingness to make things right. All I would have wanted was a little side of meat to fill the gap but I was ignored. Not satisfied

My children and I stopped at the subway in Ooltewah and I hadn't been there in quite away. The people there were rude! And very disrespectful and I use to go there long time ago , and the workers there were just the " BEST"!!..

Please hire more people. Two team members are not enough to fill all the mobile orders, phone orders and people in line and I really like the food! I waited in line so long I finally left. 3 other people left before I did.
