Placed on online order and it was terrible. We ordered 5 sandwiches and none were labeled. Two of the sandwiches were smashed flat. The BMT only had a few shreds of lettuce and an extra sauce that wasn’t ordered. The bottled sodas were warm, too.I’ve had decent sandwiches from this location before, but these were by far the worst. If you get food here, apparently you need to watch them make it.

We are longtime Subway customers who don't like either the new shields that block customers from seeing the meat area, not do we like the skimpy amount of meat. This was our third trial (all different Subways) since the meat shields went up. All gave skimpy meat, the double meat option gave very little more than a regular order gave two years ago. In addition one Subway was out of packets of vinegar and oil and another didn't put them in the bag. It'll be a while before we try a subway again.

Visited this location today & wasn’t greeted or anything. While asking my son what he wanted the gentleman looked at me said “it will be at least 5 mins before I can even start your order , I have 2 Togo order before you.”I wouldn’t have minded waiting had he been polite or acted like I shouldn’t have come in to order my family food .I truly hope that this isn’t a common practice.

Got to go and totally incorrect sandwich. The bag label was correct with my actual order and on the sandwich the meats were correct but all of my toppings were missing and had about 6 toppings I didn’t request.

The food is always good and the folks working are very nice and polite, with a few exceptions. The owner needs to figure out staffing. Most of the time there is only 1 person working. We generally place our order online. Today is our last visit. I will go 2 more miles up the road where there is another restaurant. Our order was placed at 12:40, supposed to ready at 12:55. Our food was not ready until 1:20. It's not the employees fault this is ownership and mgt and if they don't get a handle on it, this restaurant will be closed.

Folks are always pleasant, but never more than 1 person working and takes FOREVER. The employee working is always overwhelmed (rightfully so). hoping the owners/managers get another employee to help, especially during busy/rush times.

Placed a mobile order, asked for extra onions. Got zero onions. Tried multiple times to call the store to let them know, no answer. Usually when people order food they expect to get what they wanted and paid for, and normally if you mess that up you’re supposed to answer the phone when the customer is trying to call to let you know that you messed up.
