The food was gross, I don’t know why I went to taco hè!!. The potato taco was so awful the potatoes (like what they make the cheesy fiesta potatoes with) were hard as a rock I couldn’t even chew them. My stomach hurt so bad for 3 hours after this visit. Everything from ordering on the app to pickup was fine. No Karen moments, everything was friendly. The workers were friendly and bubbly. The food however is nasty. I’m deleting the app, someone stop me from ever going back. Ugh

Food was super cold and chalupas so hard I could throw it at a window and probably break it I couldn't eat it my loaded beef nachos chips tastes rancid could tell the chip's were old and col. I asked for soft taco was given a crunchy one instead I called spoke with Store manager on the phone her name was Rain whom also took my order and was very rude to me on the phone told me not to yell at her when i wasn't was simply on car bluetooth speaker she told me the food was all freshly dropped which was a complete and total lie then when i asked her for corporate phone number proceeded to tell me she was busy id have to wait to get the number from her she then said my food can be replaced at a later time I told her I was hungry now and would like it replaced and she flat out told me i couldn't come get my food replaced if I would yell at her and her staff otherwise I would need to come some other time this entire time i was completely calm and respectful while she was extremely rude to me Guess she expected me to go hungry after playing in my food. She needs to be fired and someone else needs to run this store if this is how your store manager treats a customer who has been eating there for years and is a weekly regular I was not impressed at all with this kind of service I've not ever wrote a review before this will be my 1st time because she was so rude

This Taco Bell location is the reason why minimum wage is still $7.25 an hour. If you cannot read the sauces requested on a ticket, why would you deserve $15+ an hour? To whoever owns this franchise, you pay your employees just as cheap as your parents taught you about money growing up. How on earth you became a franchise owner baffles me, but I’d say it was from a silver spoon your father should’ve never given you.The trees in Ooltewah can do a lot more than to provide oxygen to your deprived mind.

I've been to many Taco Bell locations in my life. This one seems to pretty much have everything together. The staff work super hard and very efficiently. I normally visit this location when I'm traveling north to Tennessee or coming back south but every time I've stopped here they're on the ball.
