As some other people have mentioned, there open hours do seem to be all over the place sometimes. Other than that, the gelato is always incredible every time we’ve ever been, staff has been very friendly, and the location is excellent to grab a bit and hang out either inside or around the area. Highly recommend, just maybe double check if they’re open?

Winter hours say open until 8pm on the website and door. Drove my family 30 mins to get there and the doors be locked at 6:45pm. Worker just waved and mouthed closed through the door. C’mon folks let’s be a little more professionalParking: The courtyard and fountain are nice

If you close the store at 8:50 then change the time online and on your signs :) Workers are very rude when you come at closing and act like it's such an inconvenience to scoop ice cream. Asked for a sample and was told "i guess". Rude & sarcastic staff. Close at 8:50 if your staff is going to close early.

Go with "Big Tasty". Our sweet little server tempted us into getting that wonderful pile of sweetness. The cinnamon roll was fresh and hot and there isn't a bad choice in the bunch for gelato flavors.
We love tasty donuts! It’s a local and family favorite! Ms. Ruth is such a sweet heart! She is so kind to the kids and always a Joy when you walk in! Love the donuts, they are always fresh and delicious! A must stop in Ooltewah!
