Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Then the manager got nasty with me because I was looking at the french fry fryer while waiting for my food. Totally a nasty person no customer service. When I finally got my chicken sandwich it was burnt. I really think she did it on purpose. She is definitely not an asset for Wendy's.

Don't let your kids work for these inconsiderate slave drivers! Both of my daughters were fired from this place for petty reasons. One daughter fired for going to the restroom and the other for being a little behind , due to having to use rides hare. Its been nothing but bad I hear from my girls. Angie would be the main problem and her family owns it. The labor board should've been contacted long time ago. I assure that they will be.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My chili was nothing but watery meat juice, they didn’t give me a spoon (maybe because it would’ve been drinkable). They specifically asked what sauce I wanted for my nuggets and then, I didn’t have that my bag either. I will not spend any money here again.

Oct 28/23,6:30 p.m. Ooltewah,tn location ordered 2 double Dave combos.$22.27 for dried out very dark brown meat. Bottom bun so hard we threw away. Ate about 1/4 and threw the rest away.Smidgen of lettuce,mayo,1 pickle. Cola nearly carbonation. Fries were barely acceptable.Never been so disappointed after working all day.Called 4:00 p.m. Sunday and no answer to speak to manager. Voice recording said mail box full. What has happened to this location.drive thru. Dining room closed.
