i went in used restroom it was clean and i was greeted once i came in nice and clean employees, clean and well decorated restaurant food was fresh and seasoned just right and my meal was $8 which was worth it GO ZAXBYS 04/07/24 yayyy

I'm not sure why all area Zaxby's have become so incredibly slow but this one is not the exception. After a long wait they called my name to let me know my salad was ready unfortunately the grilled chicken was burned black. I looked at it strangely and the counter employee said "it's grilled" I said "it's black" then I opened and tasted it there at the counter. The smell was burnt, the taste was burnt.The backend crew remade the salad and after 30+ minutes I had my dinner.Disappointing to think how many people saw the burnt chicken (at least three cook, the person who picked it to to give it to me, perhaps others) and decided "let's see if they'll eat it".

This is definitely the best looking of the Zaxby’s in the area, however, the service sometimes is pretty mediocre.One such experience was when I placed an order on the app for the first time and the funds were accepted but when I opened the app again there was a supposed error. When I arrived at the location and explained the situation to the manager on duty she insisted I just place another order and wait for the original order to be refunded as it was still “pending”. Some of us college students can’t afford that at all times.In fact, I used to work in fast food and as long as our app validated an order we would just make it for the inconvenience on their end. We would then waste out the food later to prevent it from affecting the food cost.This location clearly missed that lesson. There have been occasions where errors have happened at the Shallowford location and they just provided us with what we had ordered.I left that day and just hoped my money would be refunded. This actually prevented me from ordering on their app again and that’s unfortunate.
We had never been to a Zaxby's before but really liked it. We stopped into this one as it was conveniently located almost next door to our hotel. We picked up two salads which were very good. I had the Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken and my wife had the Asian Zensation Zalad. They were almost more than we could eat. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Noticed our order was completely wrong and so we pulled back around to get the right order and they were not apologetic and took the wrong order back through the window to give to the other customer. Definitely unsanitary and I’ve worked in fast food and you never do that.

This is the 3rd time we’ve gone to Zaxby’s in the last couple months spent $40-$50 each time just to get home with missing items, wings with little to no sauce and ALWAYS missing all of our sauces that are supposed to be included. Ridiculous!

This Zach’s is the worst one around the Chattanooga Surrounding area. I ordered the Fried Cheese bites that are $5.20. This is all i get? Almost a dollar a bite and they are cold. Didn’t include marinara

When I went into the restaurant to pick up my online order I was ignored while they continued thier conversation (all of the employees including the cook) . When I walked in today the last said, “Dine in or Togo”. We advised that it was a pick up order (My order was already ready on the back counter). She turned around and continued her conversation. My husband then said , “Excuse me, that’s my order.” They gave him the food. He checked the food and he was short a tender (he got the 6 finger plate) she got an attitude and put a finger in a box. He proceeded to check my order (I got the wings and thingz) my boneless wings were not sauced. He proceeded to tell the cashier and she said “That’s just how it is.”It was not busy in the establishment. I was the only customer inside. It was only 1 car in the drive thru. I do not understand how the customer service drastically dropped over the past few months.I do not mind coworkers talking WHILE WORKING. But for us to have to wait until they finish the conversation is UNACCEPTABLE.UPDATE:Called down to speak with the manager, Brandon to advise of the situation. His excuse was that he wears many hats even though he was in the kitchen cooking. He cannot monitor what the employees do. He proceeded to say that everything is a matter of opinion and that they are a franchise location and not a corporate location. He then offered to remake the food l, I advised him after the conversation I felt uncomfortable with him making our food and I will come to show him the plates that were given and requested a full refund.

If you want poor service and a good 90% of your order missing this will be a go to spot for you. Worst service I’ve ever had the displeasure of having. Just don’t go here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
