Ordered through drive thru and had to repeat my order 4 times. And then when I got to the window to pay, the chick was playing on her phone with her headset around her neck. I looked behind me to see if there were other people behind and they were. I watched for 5 minutes solid her her playing with her food and ignoring me and the customers in drive thru. Had the same young lady serving coffee at the walk in counter two days in a row. She gave us decaf coffee. It's really important that it be decaf for medical reasons and I double checked with her and she was VERY kind. I wish i'd caught her name!

Christian is absolutely amazing! He save be money and hassle by ringing up my order differently, and he had the team change gloves when preparing my food when I told him I was allergic to eggs. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN!
