High prices for stale food, not many choices and some of it was over cooked or reheated to many times it was all awful ?

Came in with a big group. Once seated, they take care of you. They had a lil trouble keeping some food items available. Biscuits, pork chops and some desserts go quite quickly. Fish was well cooked. It's a bit dated inside, but for an old school hometown eatery, it'll do.

About a month ago we were there on the weekend. And we had one of the best steaks we have had in a long time! That is not the experience tonight.Tonight when I got my steak and grilled vegetables, my vegetables were burned and my steak was not anywhere near medium, it was burned and very well done. Husband hadn't gotten his meal cuz the waitress had put in the order incorrectly, I don't blame the waitress that happens.I sent my steak and vegetables back. When I got the new steak and the new set of vegetables it was just as bad. I've attached pictures of the burned vegetables and of the steak.We will not be going back.If the food there is that inconsistent, I'm not going to go again and gamble and spending $54 for a meal. Oh and that was comped 10% because of how bad the meal was.The other thing I wanted to say was the waitress was very nice. But when she told me that she didn't think it was the cook's fault, that it was the grill's fault that my vegetables were burnt, I laughed. That just means that nobody has cleaned the grill for a long time.

Terrible service terrible food will never go back. The owner did give back a portion of the check but the waitress put someone else’s fries on my ticket but I didn’t notice until we left. The waitress said on the review that I needed to take it up with the other people at our table. Oh yes the floors were sticky. I did tip our waitress.

The food is delicious but not much to choose from and they were kinda expensive.
They were out of some dessert items when I went, but they did make it up by giving us a whole box of freshly backed cookies.Kid-friendliness: Had a lot of kids with us. It was great waitress was kind and very accommodating.

Let's start with the positive. Our waitress had only been there for two weeks and she was GREAT! The salad was good as well.I had the Country Fried Steak dinner. It was large, but mediocre in taste. The mashed potatoes and the gravy were served in small containers as if they were pre-made and reheated before serving. The steak also just tasted like a pre-made piece of meat. If you just need to fill your stomach, this could be your spot. But if you enjoy good food, you will probably not enjoy this location.
