Not as good as it used to be. It feels a little run down and the food selection isn't half what it used to be. The service was good and the food was OK. Some reinvestment and new management could make this a great restaurant again.

I have never wrote a review and I’ve never been to a steak and shake before. I was always skeptical to try it since I was unfamiliar. That all went away when I entered this steak and shake and was greeted by one of the most hospitable individuals I have ever met. Nicole took great care of my family and saw after all of our needs. My aunt is elderly and she assisted her, as well as super friendly to my little girl. Food was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for better service....read full review
