The ice cream was good, definitely up to Baskin Robbin's standards, but the guy working was complaining about how tired he was. He was propped on the counter like he was wore out, and didn't look like he had done anything all day. Acted as if it was killing him to scoop out our two scoops of ice cream that cost us $11.34. I think that's a little high.
I found this Baskin-Robbins to be less than desirable. The ice cream was okay but it could have been a little harder frozen. The counter attendant acted as if he was really tired of waiting on customers and selling ice cream even though it was only 4 in the afternoon. On top of that my husband's cone broke into pieces and fell apart. Really not a pleasant experience ?

This is my son's favorite dessert choice when vacationing in Pigeon Forge. The staff is friendly each time we visit, and has zero attitude issues when we request the "nut free scoop." Also, they are aware of cross-contamination and work to ensure that products containing nuts are in a separate freezer from the other ice cream flavors.
