Spent $30 on cold cinnamon rolls. They wouldn't heat them for us. They had fresh rolls the window and told us to get the to-go box even after I told them we wanted to eat them now. Probably not going to visit this location again.

DONT just dont. This is a combo Cinnabon/auntie annes pretzels. They were out of most of the drinks, plain pretzels, or almond. Pretzel was not fresh, it was stale, hard and dry. Bonbites tasted like breakfast sausage

The wife wanted to split a cinnamon roll, so we did. It was a good-sized roll that was pretty good. They shared space with Auntie Annie's, so you can also get a pretzel if you want.

The Cinnabon was just like it always is, fantastic to the last bite. I recommend as usually . You will love it.

The Dole Whip machine is never working. Been here 3 times in the past 6 months and it’s been out of order each time.

Chain store that sells cinnamon rolls. They are good, and come with many options. Instead of getting the huge roll you can get several mini rolls, or the inside part of the roll. They are served warm and gooey. If often think that they could use more icing, and you can purchase an additional cup of icing. They also have the warm soft pretzels with cheese. If this wasn't enough of a carb overload they have several warm and cold drinks that contain a load of sugar. They have a case with ready to go prepackaged items or you can order off the menu.

We loved it here. Everything was so delicious and it’s vegan so even better!

Terrible service. We walked in at 8:20pm (online suggest they close at 11:00pm), and they had no pretzels.... When we asked what happened the employee snarked back "don't walk in 30 minutes before close." Again, every resource online suggests they don't close until 11:00pm and even if the close at 9:00pm, the business shouldn't have zero pretzels to serve 40 min prior to close.

Be aware of this location! They charged tips without your knowledge. I have never seen a fast food place charge tips not to mention charge it in such of sneaky way. Very dishonest people!

I could NOT find their Hours of Operation anywhere online but we are staying at Margaritaville The Island just across the village from this location so I thought I’d chance it for breakfast. I got there at 10:15am and it was closed, no Hours sign posted on the door either. Another lady came walking over & tried to enter as well, we discussed how there were no Hours listed online or on the door & you’d think they would be open for breakfast (we could smell them cooking & see employees inside). She went to the store beside & asked if they knew when Cinnabon opened & he thought 10:30 or 11am. She had walked a fair ways further down the road from her hotel to get there as well. I eventually knocked on the door and pointed to my wrist to ask what time they opened (the 2 girls/ladies I could see inside wouldn’t come to the door & were originally trying to ignore us) but one employee mimed out 11 o’clock to us & seemed very apologetic (he was very helpful!). I realize that they were probably very busy baking & getting ready to open in 45 minutes but #1. Hours of Operation should have been posted ONLINE & ON THE DOOR to save us both the trip (I walk with a cane), and #2. They should be open for BREAKFAST if at all possible, although maybe they are understaffed as many are after Covid shutdowns.Trying to be understanding here but as I said I walk with a cane (fused spine with metal rod in it) & wasted some of my energy/steps for the day which is frustrating for me.I would give 0 stars to the ladies who ignored us & management for not posting their Hours & 3 stars to the gentleman who tried to apologetically tell us through the window they didn’t open until 11am. So I averaged it out to 2 stars overall.~Joanna

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Cinnabon shop and everything our family members ordered was good. We went in mainly for coffee which was really good and we decided to try a plain cinnamon roll and it tasted good without all the sugar on top of it. They also sever a few other drinks made with fruits that looked like they were probably good.

Ok. Salted pretzels aren't good, but cinnamon sugar pretzels are amazing. Kind workers but they don't have free water cups and make you pay $2.50 for a bottle of water, which is more we panics than a fountain drink.

Went in to get 6 cinnamon rolls to take home. The staff said I could purchase the ones already boxed. I explained to them that I wanted the fresh ones. The girl behind the counter looked at me and said but the ones boxes are cheaper so you have to get those. I said nevermind and walked out with nothing.
