Ice cream was tasty, but pricy. The ordering system was confusing: tell what mix-in you want, THEN the base, but DON'T tell him what toppings you want when you order. The mix-ins are on two separate lists in different places on the menu. The toppings are different options from the mix-ins and and on another list that you can't see when you order. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed.

I asked for an extra mix in like I always do and they always give it to me and then I came in today and asked the gentleman for an extra scoop of red velvet and like I said they always give it to me and then you are going to tell me that they don’t do that? I’m local and I come in here all the time.

Recommended by friends and did not disappoint. Plenty of mix and topping choices to add to your base choice, which included dairy free and vegan friendly options. The normal base was light and while I was surprised when I saw the mix-in was only was strawberry, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I tasted the strawberry. Same story in the one Oreo. Seating is a little limited but we made it work for our group of couples.

Good, but not $11+ good. 1st rolled ice cream. Would rather have purchased Blue Belle Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and had 4x more for less $. Glad we tried it, but won't buy again.

Overall a pretty nice place, believe it's a little overpriced. Definitely understaffed like a lot of places these days. The icecream is good but it's nothing spectacular or waiting in a long line for.

I’m laying awake at 4am and all I can think about is the ridiculously overpriced ice-cream we had! My family of four spent $67 on rolled icecream! That’s close to what we spent on our dinner right before. We weren’t greeted when we entered. It wasn’t the best I’ve had either. I watched them put one strawberry $2 and one small scoop of cheesecake $2. The 4 oz of vanilla base was $11. Then online it says unlimited toppings, they limit you to 3. I’ve never paid that much for ice-cream in my life!!!! I guess you pay for the labor of mixing and rolling ??‍♀️ won’t do that again.

This was our first time trying this and we didn't know what to expect or how to order or even how the whole thing worked. We weren't greeted coming, store was empty and when we asked what do we do or how do we order they barely talked and didn't really explain how we order. We got thru the the line, at the end my husband wasn't told he chooses 3 from the board, he thought he only had the 5 things to choose from for toppings. I however was told 3 from board. I asked for peanut butter chips but he put peanut butter cups in mine. You could not chew them they were so hard I spit them out. 2 cups were $25 really outrageous for some cream and 1 oreo to make this. The workers need to explain the ordering process because we were just winging it trying to figure it out. Sad they could not/would not talk to us. I don't recommend this.

This review was a tough one for me. First of all, I love this concept. It's very fun to construct your own ice cream concoction with your favorite toppings and watch it be rolled in front of you. Secondly, it's clear upon entering the business is locally owned and family run... which is amazing in the giant tourist trap that Pigeon Forge can be.Now let's to the reason behind my 3/5 review:Two words: The Price. Your base cup of rolled ice cream, with one mix in and 3 toppings will run you $11.00. Additional mix ins, waffle bowls, waffle taco shells, donuts are all extra ... and reasonably so. I had ordered vanilla ice cream, with peanut butter mix in, marshmallow crème topping and whipped cream. My husband got a waffle bowl with vanilla, pecan pie mix in, and Twix, sprinkles and whipped cream. We spent $32. I'm sorry at the end of the day, it's ice cream. Was it good? Yeah. Was it $32 good? No. Pricing really feels like tourist baiting. The prices are high because they can set them high and tourists will pay. I can fully understand needing enough profit to make rent and cover expenses, but one can literally get ice cream in over a dozen different areas in a couple mile radius and it will not cost that much. I simply do not feel this place sets itself apart enough to justify their prices.
