There was 8 of us in our party. When we arrived there was no one there the waitress set us upfront which was fine but we had kids and normally like a table in back because we know how our kids are. The waitress acted like she didn't want to wait on us kept sighing when our kids couldn't make up there mind om what they wanted to drink she didn't even ask 2 of us what we wanted to drink brought us the wrong drinks the food was not fully cooked the hamburgers was half raw the sausage was still pink in which we was told the sausage comes already cooked they just heat it up the eggs was slimy not fully cooked. Didn't ask us if we needed anything had to wave down a different waitress to get refills and to complain about our food our waitress never came back to our table after dropping off the food. Not a place for kids anymore will never go back

Sarah our server was phenomenal from start to finish... seen a manager the whole time also accommodating customers and as were paying our bill still smiles... We stopped at This location for lunch. We stood there 10 minutes or more before getting a table even though the place was not busy. Had to repeat the order 3 times and still it wasn't right. I ordered a hamburger and it really didn't taste to good at the first bite I decided to put salt and pepper on it when I opened the bun there was hair in the patty I got sick. Then when they got the manager she was like im sorry but it happens that was the wrong answer to me come on I wasn't going to pay for it they took it off but really I will never eat there again my friend got lasagna and it looked like it had been cooked and then recorded its was hard and tasteless he has diabetes so he had to eat some of it because of his sugar being low. I suggest trying anywhere but here.

We were disappointed on this visit. They would not honor the 5.99 original grand slam price everyone else does. Their pancakes were a big letdown. They were not the usual Denny's pancakes everywhere else. These were so dry. they would not soak up the syrup. It just ran off the pancakes. My first cup of coffee was cold. Such a shame because this used to be a great Denny's.

Called in at 1am for a burger and tenders. The staff were extremely friendly and gave fantastic service. The food arrived quickly and was so delicious and all for under $30!!! Couldn’t believe the price was so cheap. Excellent job Pigeon Forge Denny’s.
