I wouldn't give this store any stars if I could. We're from out of town and stopped to get coffee before leaving, the girl on drive through was not pleasant at all! They were out of a lot of stuff and my husband ordered a HOT latte and they gave him an iced coffee after repeating himself multiple times!

Just walked out after being asked to order from kiosk, said they were slammed at drive thru. Forget about greeting customers or anything civil. Ironically, no cars were in the line as we drove off. I'm sure they need more help or new management. I love the coffee, but not today.

Went to get coffee for the wife at the drive thru. When I pulled up to order, was told to wait. Meanwhile the lane next to us got the order for the next 3 cars before getting back to us.

WHY MINUMUM WAGE IS AT A ALL TIME HIGH....Let say it started when my wife and I and grand daughter were observing the Dunkin menu and a worker from the back said, Hey, you need to order from that computer over there... Oh, we're just looking, we said. After we decided we went to the computer and manually put in our order. 4 Minutes later. My name was called. I was then told.Sorry, but we are out of donuts, sausage, bacon, and ham. SO.... YOU HAD ME MAKE A SELF COMPUTERED ORDER KNOWING YOUR OUT OF EVERYTHING BUT COFFEE..?????? Why.Not one worker was a teenager.All were full-grown adults.They know who I am now. These jobs should have age limits.

Took 20 mins to get my order, go thru the drivethru
The gal at the drive thru was helpful and nice. She helped us make our ordering so much easier. The blueberry coffee with cream and no sugar is sensational. The new churro coffee is super sweet but very flavorful. If you are in the area hit the drive thru for a quick pick me up.

Cold brew made me sick, either they gave me old cold brew that needed to be dumped or it wasn't stored correctly. I always get my coffee the exact same and it was so bad I drank just a little bit and I still threw up and got cramps.
