Got a cookie cake slice which had clearly been sitting awhile as the frosting was pretty hard & dry. The bigger issue though, was the cookie slice was far too thin to hold the weight of the frosting so it just folded down & fell apert when picked up. Seriously never seen a cookie this thin. It's as if the dough was rolled out for a thin crust pizza then they just decided to make a cookie instead. Flavor was ok. Pecan chewie just tasted like a chocolate chip cookie, which isn't bad, but couldn't taste any pecans. Prices were decent and employee super sweet.

Had a blast with my family this past week and we went to this location at least every other night to get cookies and ice cream. The staff here was so nice and did a great job moving the line and serving the customers. Like to give a shout out the young lady and young man that worked nights. Thank yall for yalls smiles and friendly service. We love yall and god bless.

I love working here place. GM makes ice cream homemade. I love making cookies, decorating cookies, making ice cream for customers. Meeting new people come in. Employees here are friendly work with. Very nice and friendly. Sam and Ann they are awesome.

We placed an order for a cookie cake over the phone, the biggest one you can order. Asked for a dark blue and orange border with a football and a happy birthday message. Went to pick up today and the open sign was off, as were all window/outside lights doors locked. Called a few times went to a full voicemail box. Knocked in the door, no one came. Went to the car and waited. Finally gave up and went next door to ask if the lady had seen anyone at the store, she said she hadn’t seen anyone and had tried to go herself earlier to get ice cream and no one would come to the door. Finally see a lady coming out of the bathroom and we began knocking. She came to the door and said sorry I had to use the bathroom… mind you this was about 20 mins after we arrived. She got our cake and it looks like a 3 year old decorated it. Wrong icing color. Whatever it’s for my kid and we needed a cake. I got a milkshake rang everything up and it was $80.96 I questions the price and she said “oh I made a mistake” she fixed it and after a 30/40min trip we finally got our cake. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and was there totally alone on a Saturday afternoon. We will take our business else where- we order about 10 large cakes from this location a year and have noticed the quality of cakes and staff going downhill at a fast pace. Only giving the extra star because my milkshake- even though I ordered a coffee shake ended up being a great chocolate shake ??♀️

Our experience here was great! We ordered cookies and an ice cream. The guy working there was welcoming & attentive. Fast, great service and the sweets are excellent! We highly recommend getting dessert here!

Great cookies. Haven’t had a great American cookie in a long time so I was super excited to get a bag of them. However, the lady working was in such a sour mood it threw the my whole experience off.

When I walked in the boy working never greeted us or said anything the whole time my fiancé and I were there. He had a very sour attitude. Will not be back..

The system was down, a disgruntled and belligerent woman came in while my family was placing a cake order. The guy behind the counter was a star in customer service. We were able to place our order and leave with ease. However, this woman starts hassling the guy behind the counter because the system was down.Something which was quite obviously not his fault. She starts asking for a manager and acting extremely rudely. I am leaving this review because the cake is the only thing I ever ask for on my birthday and the guy working handled her and her husband very well.I tried to say something kind to calm her down a bit, but she turned on me and my family including a 2 year old as if she were under the influence.We left as we had finished our business and can't wait for my cake. I will continue to bring my business here and I wanted to make sure the guy behind the counter gets the credit he deserves for handling such a terrible customer.

Went in to get a cookie cake, and they didn't have an workers that could make cakes. There was only one worker there, who was overwhelmed. She didn't have the proper boxes for the cookie cakes so had to use an ice cream cake box. The cake slices did not taste fresh, they were at least a day old. The red icing had a extremely strong food coloring taste to it to where I was gagging and couldn't eat it. I feel sorry for the worker as she was trying to make do with what was given to her. By far the worst GAC I've ever been to. On top of everything, the open sign was broke and we've passed it many times thinking it was closed before realizing it's just broke.
