Sandwich was good, bread was fresh, however, but I was disappointed in the size and price of an Italian sub. Very high priced for the small Sandwich you get. I normally get an Italian sub from publix deli which are cheaper and so much bigger. I was very disappointed

These guys here in pigeon forge tennessee bar 1 needs serious customer service training. They make the customer feel like they are a bother. If you can't fix the attitudes in here then I suggest closing until you find good people.

Ordered from this location a few times... messed up order every time... I don't ask for extra or change toppings... basic subs and they screw it up every time.
BLACK TOURISTS/LOCALS BEWARE First off.. we walked in to no greeting. Then after we ordered there were other people after us.. they started their orders immediately while we had to wait on arrival. They asked them if they wanted their food to go and they assumed we wanted ours to go.. this has been a constant theme in Gatlinburg.. bad service based on image.
