Delicious food and good portion sizes, I had some of the best ribs in a while here. The BBQ sauce was full of flavor and delicious. The french dip & fries were great too.Because of the long wait, we sat at the bar and had a great time. The prices were great specially for drinks!!

It's pretty dark in there. The hostess could be a little nicer, we had our small children with us and one being a 9 month old. Our 9 month old has a chair we use instead of the booster seats. We requested a booth instead of a table and they still tried sitting us at a table. The hostess seemed upset and muttered something and then sat us at a booth. The waitress was amazing and so was the food so I won't knock any stars off overall but the hostess could be a little more friendly. Fyi, this is the 2nd time we went and this same hostess gave us issues the last time we were there a few months back. At that time she just never put our names down and after waiting 45 minutes (were told 15-20 min wait) I went up to ask when we would be seated and she acted like I had just arrived. I explained that I gave her my name and number and she told me I would get a text and I never had. No apology, just another 10-15 min wait with our names being entered AGAIN. The food and waiter service is so good though. Just gotta do something about that hostess.

Was there Saturday for dinner and the waitress seemed nice and attentive the food was horrible steak had only salt for seasoning and tasted like over cooked hamburger meat baked beans and salad was good place was so dark u just about needed a flash light to order off menu made me feel like they were hiding something like dirtiness anyway left there only to find out after leaving a cash tip the thief of a waitress decided to add another 8 dollars of a tip for her self but it's ok because I will never spend another dime in that place and I'm going to have my bank dispute the charge

waitress was very nice and friendly.when we went, there was no wait and we sat right down.however, i will be blatantly honest about the food. they have a wide variety of options for a reason. the taste very much gives “frozen and heated upon serving”. the spinach and artichoke dip was very thick (TOO thick) and not warm in the center. the “open face roast beef” was a nightmare. i come from way down south where roast beef mean chuck roast… not roast beef deli slices with an obvious out of a package brown gravy on top.if you don’t have a picky tongue, then maybe this will be the place for you. as for people who like more authentic flavor… the prices are that ‘reasonable’ for a reason.

Hostess seated us then we waited 15 min before we left no one came to take our drink order or greet us. Bus boys and other waitress looked right at us multiple times. Whoever the manager is tonight needs to retrain the staff

Place had great reviews so we were excited, but unfortunately it fell pretty flat. We were seated quick on a Saturday night, hostess and server were nice and food was prompt. But it just wasn’t that good for the price. My husbands steak was really chewy, and half was rare half was medium rare.. my chicken tenders were good, but you only get 4 and a handful of fries for $14.99.. if you want a steakhouse, You can go to Texas Roadhouse down the road and get more food for less and it tastes better. We were disappointed here.

My steak was very thin ribeye and very salty vs my husbands ribeye was very thick. The salad was great and the baked beans were to and the onion rings.

Killing me burger was the best! We also thoroughly enjoyed the blackened chicken salad. All of the ingredients were as fresh as I'd personally chosen them to cook with. Very impressive considering the price. Service at the bar was very prompt and professional. Will be back!

First time trying this place while in pigeon forge. Sad I never thought to visit. Got the ribs and chicken and they were amazing. Wife got the mushroom burger. She loved it. Great place to grub out.

Had the Killin me burger with fries, my husband had the rack of ribs with baked beans, coleslaw, and green beans. Must have had an off night, ribs were burnt and meat was tough for $28.Burger was on point and huge, took half home. Service was good. She did forget to refill husbands coffee after she asked. We got right in and food came out quickly. I wanted to order dessert but she brought the check without asking, so I didnt get it. No big deal.

Went here from out of state. The rude manager refused to serve a drink with the out of state ID. The manager was so rude for absolutely no reason. If I could give zero stars I would.
