I placed an online order via the LJS website on March 6, 2022 at 8:15 pm, the order was to be picked up at 8:45. As with all online orders, it was paid for when the order was placed. When we arrived at Long John Silvers to pick-up the food, the doors were locked and a handwritten sign was on the door that said, "closed will open when we can." I went back to my car, checked my bank and verified the money had been taken out for the order. I then called the restaurant and the woman who answered was extremely rude and said they were closed and refused to refund my money. I called the next day and spoke with the manager, who kept telling me I would have to get my refund through the website, I kept telling her that's impossible. Finally, she said that her manager would call me. I waited until the next day (2 days after they stole my money) and no one ever called me, so I stopped by the restaurant and they still refused to refund my money. During all of this, no one even bothered to apologize and treated me as if I had done something wrong. They acted as of it was my fault because I placed an order the workers did not want to make the food, so they closed 2 hours early. I still have not received a refund or an apology. I will be contacting my bank and possibly the police.

Ceiling leaking in the order line. Made us wait to take order for 30 minutes but instead of taking our order, basically asked us to leave. They said they did not know how long the large order ahead of us would take but probably 50 minutes. Workers should know how long each product takes. It was then 930 pm and their hours are until 1000 pm. They also locked the door behind us when we arrived at 910 pm which I believe is illegal during business hours. Several people tried the door after us which was still 910 pm only with hours till 10 pm. If I were the owner, I would clean house with staff. They are already short though so probably not. They have a make shift sign stating they are short on staff. Steer clear of this one for sure. I am surprised they have one and a half star at the time of this review. It's sad too because I love LJS and we lost most of of them from my area.

Waited forever which I understand there short staffed. Ended up getting home just now and they have me fried fish and tartar sauce with a tortilla... Wth... I ordered salmon tacos.. pretty upset. Was looking forward to these and now can't even eat it. Damnit

All the lights are on at Long John Silver's so I pull up at the drive-thru I sit there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the drive-through nobody answers so I pulled to the drive-thru window and there is a sign that says monday- Friday they close at 8 and then I was Saturday they close at 9 it is now 8:55 p.m. so I'll pull around and at that point a lady comes out and tells me that they are already closed. Very disappointed and I will never come back to this location again and I work in Pigeon Forge

I LOVE LJS!! the staffing was amazing they were all kind. The cook was excellent. Everyone was cleaning and washing their hands the place was very clean. I love the mac n cheese with crumbles it looked so good and it was so tasty. So was the fish. Thank you guys at ljs

Four stars instead of five because of the staffing. Nice lady was working and taking orders and making the food by herself. Everything was correct and fresh. She was moving as quickly as she could. She apologized for the wait multiple times. Just need more people like her working. Food was good just the way we remembered it.

I would leave zero stars if possible. We drove from Maryville to Pigeon Forge for the sole purpose of bringing my mother in law for some LJS. We called ahead several times to make sure the dining room was open and no one would answer. So we took our chances and drove an hour to find out the dining room was closed. We were walking towards the door when an employee jumped out of his car yelling "hey the dining room is closed!" And just jumped back in his car and lit another cigarette. Very rude and unprofessional.

Christmas eve day. Closed at 5pm. We arrived at 30 minutes before closing. Takes till after 5 pm to receive our food..was order to go. Mistakenly receive to dine in. Corrected it. Get back to our destination and we are missing my extra fish.. but it was a holiday. Food was average at best. But staff very friendly

Start out by saying that LJS is my absolute favorite but this one disappointed. We went by twice to order in the drive thru and never could get anyone to the window to order. Several cars were circling the building trying to figure out what was going on. Workers appeared to be inside cleaning and never acknowledged the customers. This location will be closed in 6 months if this behavior keeps going. Sad LJS has turned in to this!

While in pigeon forge we were tired of waiting all day for a table so we chose longjohns since there aren’t any around us anymore. They were short staff but were still extremely nice and had a smile on there face. The food took awhile but they let us know up front it would take awhile and we were totally fine just just sit and relax. The food was great nice and hot. A lot of places could take advice from these girls!!!

Food was good and hot but they get 2 stars because the lady taking the order had the nastiest attitude! If you ask a question she cutting you off and was a little snappy.A brown headed lady in her 40 or 50's

The line had 3 cars and it took more than 40 minutes to get our small order. For that...I would give one star even with short staff, that is too long... but the young lady at the window was so polite and positive. I know she has faced upset customers all day because I was about to be another one. I am adding two stars because of her attitude. Well done.
