I’ve never had service this bad before. Came to this restaurant while on vacation in Gatlinburg and was extremely disappointed by this experience. It took 20 minutes for anybody to even say anything to us once we were seated. The waitress seemed shocked that no one had taken our drink order yet. She took drink and app order, brought out dirty glasses of water, and then 10 minutes later asked if we needed anything. We had ordered ice tea and Diet Coke that didn’t even make it to the table before the appetizers. She completely forgot which drinks we ordered, and we can’t drink the water that was given to us because the inside of the glasses were dirty and had bits of stuff floating around in them. We ordered burgers and the waitress made a huge song and dance about how we made great choices. After 20 minutes she grabbed our appetizer plates and asked if we wanted dessert or we were just ready for the bill. I asked if we were gonna get our burgers. She said oh my goodness and ran away!!! I didn’t even have a chance to tell her not to worry about them because I will not stay a minute longer when service is this awful! I had to walk up to the counter and tell them I’ll pay for ice tea, coke, and apps, but we are not paying for burgers and we are getting out of there to find decent service. The manager did make things right but that was the only good thing about this experience. This was on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was about 40% full. I now know why. After looking at reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who had way below average service here.

This is a resturant you visit for the experience.If you want to kick back and relax with a margarita then you've found a great place to do so, but don't expect 5 Stat food to pair with it.It was a lackluster meal with subpar service, and a hefty price tag to top it off.If you are after the atmosphere, go for it, but there are far greater restaurants in the Smokies.
The waitress and kitchen staff were more than accommodating to my son's Dairy and Egg allergy. They constantly came to check on us and the food was fantastic!

We went for the experience, but hoped the food would be good too. Both were mediocre. Our server was polite and attentive, but both of the meal items we wanted, they did not have. The margarita was the best part. I won’t go again.
