Maple bacon potato twister is basically multiple potato chips skewered on a wood stick covered in a delicious creamy sauce with bacon and chives. It was very crunchy. The only thing this place really has going for it is that it's accessible. The food is limited to 2-4 options at most of the places like this around the park. There's no way to work around dietary restrictions, since any of the skillet cooked meals here are cooked in large batches.This is frustrating when lines are so long that you can't ask questions prior to your 20 minute wait to order.
