I came here for spring break and I had the best time ever! I rode almost all the rides and ate a giant double doozie! Definitely on my top 10 list.

We had a great time at Dollywood. The atmosphere is charming and pleasant. The rides are so much fun. Our young kids (6) loved the Firechaser coaster. And the older kids (9 and 10) loved the Wild Eagle. Our family thought the Dollywood Express steam engine train was ok, so if you are short on time skip this activity. There really isn't much to see and you end up breathing in a lot of the pollution. Lots of food options, which were above average for an amusement park. If you are not into rides, there are plenty of shops with unique crafts and local offerings. We saw the Drumstruck show, which the kids loved. We also saw the Cuban dance show, which the kids and adults found to be a little boring. We really enjoyed the bald eagle sanctuary and the birds of prey show - we learned so much. We also enjoyed seeing Dolly's memorabilia and learning about her life and career in Chasing Rainbows. She is one amazing person. Go to Dollywood, you won't be disappointed. This is a great amusement park for the entire family.

It has good music but mostly rollercoaster for rides so if you don't like rollercoaster not many rides to ride. Food is very expensive

I have been to Dollywood since i was a child. Now that i am grown, i try to make time to visit with my friends occasionally. Dollywood is such a unique park, with rides and events, not just one or another. And the rides go anywhere from kiddie rides to rollercoasters. It is beautiful all the time, half the park is in shade of the forest, so it is even okay to go in mid summer. Most of the time you can just walk straight onto rides, no wait. Only time it gets crowded is the holidays and spring break. It is especially stunning during the holidays, wintery light cover the whole park. It is great.
