What an absolute joke of a buisness. My husband tried multiple times to order by phone and it wouldn’t even ring, so he went in person literally everything he wanted to order they said they didn’t have. So he ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi. When it was “done” they tried giving him the wrong order and thank god he checked because he was allergic to the food. Finally got his order only to spend $20 on literally a whole container of rice and 2 pieces of chicken, a piece of shrimp and a few pieces of vegetables. DO NOT go here it was awful and literally had to through it out.

Im from Iowa, so it isn’t like I’m looking for something authentic. Our hotel was down the road from this place so we went through the drive thru. Took about 40 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food with no apology or explanation but it looks like there was only one person working there. Got the pan fried gyoza and they’re not only burnt but they taste like they were pan fried in old oil. I wouldn’t even call the fried rice seasoned and it had an odd flavor. The steak was overcooked (I asked for medium rare and got well done) but was tender, the chicken was good. Came with lots of sauce which we needed. Overall, save your $50+ because there’s better restaurants around.

No sushi. Not a "tepanyaki" style restaurant as they do not cook in front of you. Scallops and steak were cooked correctly. Don't order the fried rice. Food is mediocre overall.

No sushi. No tempura. Been without a sushi chef for 2 years they said. Maybe change the menu or close down!!!!Miso soup is without a doubt made from powder packets. Gyoza has freezer burn marks and even pan seared is almost too greasy to eat. I'm the only person in so far today and they can't remember my order (3 things) Wow. If I pulled seaweed out of the ocean and ate it it would have had more flavor than the seaweed salad here. This place has the distinction now of being the worst restaurant I've been to in Sevier County and that's saying a lot!! Food in this area is so bad it's not even funny.

We were visiting from chattanooga and wanted some good hibachi and sushi, came in and there was a sign saying they no longer serve sushi(more than half of their menu were sushi). We walked in and it was dead silent , no music playing or volume on the tv ,we went ahead and got two orders of filet and chicken , we paid for drinks and NONE of the drinks were good, the soda machine was out of c02 and the soda machine by the cashier didnt work, went up there and told the worker and she did not understand what “carbanation” was so i just ended up getting water, not once did she offer me a refund for the drinks, we got our food and i could say that it was the WORST hibachi i have ever had, the chicken was so tough that u could barely stick a fork in it, the filet just was not it, definitely not “filet mignon” , the rice was wet and cold somehow and it was served “fresh”, the vegetables were extremely overcooked. We took a couple bites and could not force ourself to keep eating even though we were starving. Not to mention , we ended up getting water and it still didnt taste right! It tasted like metal water and there were particles in the water! The “manager” walked in right when we were about to leave and we went up there to let them know how our experience was and was told that “wow yall are the first people, everyone else loves it” , im convinced that everyone that wrote a good review here does not know what good / authentic hibachi is, she asked if we finished our food and we told her that we barely ate any of it , she then only refunded us for one meal and the drinks which was not a big deal but being told by the manager that we were the “only” one that complained is bullcrap! Look at the reviews and see for yourself! this place is ran down and if youre wanting good hibachi DO NOT GO HERE! Save your money and go to nagano pigeon forge or even PANDA EXPRESS is way better!

Please ignore all the RUDE comments this restaurant has THE NICEST employees and some of the best food in town. Every person was extremely helpful and caring and like I said the food? Oh my gosh, ask for the ginger dressing for your hibachi meals - this dressing is the best orange ginger dressing I’ve had! To the staff and chefs there tonight, thank you for a wonderful meal and for having that Classic Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge hospitality I’m used to unlike the other places around here lately. I asked for my filet mignon to be rare so please don’t think they undercooked my food, it was perfect!Vegetarian options: You can get a plate of just veggies and they are cooked to perfectionKid-friendliness: Diaper changing in restrooms, CLEAN restroomsWheelchair accessibility: Well spaced out, bathrooms are accessible and CLEAN

Due to staffing issues they no longer serve sushi. The miso soup was disappointing (slimy seaweed, I think it had just simmered on a pot way too long, and no tofu chunks). The stir fried shrimp and veggies were well prepared.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal were large portions!

The Hibachi here is amazing and staff is second to none. No sushi anymore and that's disappointing but the hibachi is awesome. Try the egg rolls they are great. Everything hand made or cut in house. Even the carrots were not from a can. Sauces and Ginger dressing made in house. Try them out.

I will say that the staff were friendly and did a great job apologizing for their many shortcomings. I hope they can hire the staff they need to fix everything, but I won't be back.First, they lost their sushi chef. That wiped out over half the menu - sushi, appetizers, etc. We ordered and were later told that they were out of white rice, entirely. The suimono soup was barely warm and a miso soup was forgotten. When the entrees arrived, they were largely bland and luke warm. Am adult entree was the same portion as the kid versions. We ate and left.It wasn't all bad. They have four beers on draft including something local. They have TVs and an outdoor seating area. The staff apologized a lot. Stick to Panda Express.
