This place was absolutely amazing! The service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely terrific! Honestly the worst part was probably the hour and a half wait for our table but honestly it was well worth it! You can shop the downstairs while you wait and there’s seating outside to wait as well!

Although there wasn't a wait for a table, it took us 45 minutes to drive around for parking. Be prepared for that. The reason I gave 3 stars is bc the food wasn't as I'd hoped. Everything was sooo bland. Except the roast.. It was so salty we didn't eat it. The bathrooms needed a good cleaning. It smelled like a wet dumpster.. like the kitchen trash was right outside the door or something. And we rolled our seats in toilet paper. I feel like the price is great considering it's all-you-can-eat. But the food was mediocre.I do love the window vibe in the dining area.

Started out as an interesting concept of a family meal but quickly, or should I say slowly became anything but. The food took quite a while to get to us. Once they brought it, which was not ‘family portions’ we asked for more, which is the whole concept of the restaurant, it took probably 45 minutes for our refills to get out. In the mean time our waitress goes on break and just leaves us with no food, empty drinks, and nobody serving our table to help us out. I will not be coming back any time soon if ever and will not be recommending this brand to anyone else either.

A little experience $75.00 for 2 people. Food very good. Brian our server was AWESOME, got us whatever we asked for. I would go back.Parking: Large lot up a small hill in back of restaurant. Good food, plenty to eat. I believe everyone would enjoy eating here. Great addition to the Pigeon Forge community.

omg don't do it!! Sooo salty, mushy, chix dry, chix dumplings were shreds of boiled chix & mucky sliders not dumplings, pot roast was shreds of beef not really pot roast no veg just rice, collards tasted only of salt & fake smoke chem., salad had many pieces of core & slimey greens & can't get without onions throughout since it's all pre-made foods, banana pudding to go was 2 tablespoons of pudding topped with fake whip to fill the small container. Bummmer!!! Was told by an employee it's always like salty steam table school food. Yup! But u can eat as much as u want if u wait for the small refills.
The chicken fried steak was similar to something I used to get in my school lunch as a kid. The Mac and cheese was terrible.I would never eat anything from this restaurant again.

We have been to Paula Deen’s Restaurants at several different locations and have found the atmosphere pleasant and the food delicious. We have generally had good service as well, but our visit yesterday for lunch was exceptional because our server was not only welcoming and professional, he was engaging and entertaining. If you’re in the area get a chance to visit, ask for Mike! If it means you have to wait a little longer for a table in his section, do it! He takes the Paula Deen experience to a whole new level!

Paula Deen’s is a really good chain and has excellent food. I’ve eaten here many times an I will definitely go back. I always know that I’ll get excellent catfish (my favorite), along with other tasty meat dishes and sides. Food is consistently good, including pork chops, chicken, creamed potatoes, corn on the cob, and much more. I am not a fan of the desserts, particularly the overly-sweet ooie goodies (sp?), or the banana pudding with its “whipped artificial dairy product” topping. I know when the meal is over, nothing, NOTHING, may be carried out. (My wife asked for a cup to take her water with her and was refused. So don’t even think about it.). I also know that the exit is through the gift shop, and that’s ok. You will always receive a satisfying meal at Paula’s. Just follow the rules and shuffle on out. Through the gift shop.
