The employees go above and beyond despite the usual long line of customers. This has become an all to regular late night stop for me on my work commute home to Sevierville from Townsend.

The sandwich I received was really bad. I ordered a turkey sub with light mustard and veggies. All I could taste was the loaded down mustard that you see in the picture. I asked for green peppers, lettuce, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers and as you can see they only put 2 on the sandwich. Very little lettuce. They even gave me the wrong bread. I was very disappointed and will not order from there again. The sandwich was not good.

Went twice on vacation this week. Monday evening and Friday evening. Monday night the girl over toasted sandwiches leaving them hard and nasty. Friday night we ordered online and went into the store for pickup. The girl was rude to some customers in front of me and seemed so spacey. There was no sign or clear view of the spot for online orders etc. After waiting over 15 mins my boyfriend finally asked where the pickup was and she just said over there rudely while pointing. Please get a sign or something indicating where the pickup is and I get the store is running with just one employee but make sure they have customer services experience.

My boyfriends words about Denver and his service: " I can trust that food is clean, as much as I can. Its good to see someone enjoying their work."Their employee Denver deserves another raise (give the guy more than a dollar please!). He is super friendly, knowledgeable and ensures the place is kept clean. People like that are hard to find and its important we make them feel appreciated. I feel bad that he works 6 days a week (also by himself btw) and from other reviews it seems he has been doing that for a while.Besides that, my sandwich was delicious, fresh and filling. Will be back and this is the only subway i will go to within this area. Thanks again.

Maybe I was there on an off day but here's what happened. I walked in, 6 people ahead of me and one employee behind the counter. Im watching the service of the employee, she was professional and attentive to each person and made the sandwiches as requested. It came my time to order and asked that my sandwich be toasted, it came out looking nearly burnt. She offered to remake it and I insisted that I would try it the way it was (turned out ok.) So she rings me up and I sit down and study the receipt. I was charged $1.00 + tax extra on the Sandwich over the posted menu price. I brought this to her attention and she didn't know how that happened and refunded the overage. She asked if she could keep the receipt to show her manager/owner and I said sure if it will help get that problem solved. No telling how many people who pay by plastic only and get no receipts get ripped off, not only here but anywhere. So overall my sandwich looked burnt, I was over charged, and the poor lady behind the counter really needs some help back there because it took forever to get the orders done. I won't go back!!

Walked in with my daughter to grab a couple of subs and was angrily greeted by the employee and promptly told that it would be quite a wait because he was the only one there. He shouted and threw his hand up that he just had a door dash order for 5 subs and it would take forever. Then yelled he just loved the internet very animated. We just backed out and left. This happened today. Horrible experience from the employee.

Well let me start by saying I will not be going back ever again. I go in a guy mid 20s to 30 years old says you got 30 seconds to tell me what you want I told him two footlong subs he gets out 1 sub roll and starts to put the meat on it so I tell him I wanted 2 he says no you didn't and this is all your getting and goes back to putting stuff on the sub I said I told you 2 subs, he says you didn't order within the 30 seconds and this is all your going to get, so I said fine then I don't want nothing turned and walked out. There was another man in front of me he was finishing up and he told that man you get what comes on it by the menu not asking him what you you like on the sub and you could tell he was not happy about that, then came my turn and we'll that didn't go good at all, so I liked going to this one until this guy. I will not be going back here ever again and cause of that I haven't had a sub since. This guy had a bad problem and his attitude is going to cost this place business, there's too many places to eat around here to eat at, so yes someone else got my business that day.

The food was fine the usual subway fare. Nothing special or outstanding. I only saw one worker and she was not rude but not pleasant either
