Everything was good till my husband didn’t leave the guy a tip. Then he threw the receipt at my husband. I have a tip for him: you get paid to do YOUR job, buddy. Mc Donald’s doesn’t get tips so why should subway be any different ?!?! If you don’t feel you make enough money we’ll get a different job…. However with your attitude, I think subway may be your only choice! Happened at 4:35 pm on 9/11/23

we went in after a long day, and I asked them to make us 3 foot longs when all of the sudden the employee that was making my food started to throw the ingredients on my sandwich I didn’t say anything at first but it started to get worse. I decided to leave when and the employees even threatened to call the cops on us when I was just telling him what he did wrong. The costumer service wasn’t great at all, and he even started to curse at me.

The only problem that I saw was that the young man working at this subway was by himself we didn’t stop till 9pm no one should ever be left by themselves to work and close the store!!! He did a wonderful job

Arrived an hour before closing and was told we're not allowed to eat in there. Noted they were changing out trash bags and such, chip rack was empty. They just didn't want to clean up after anyone, not that we would have left a mess. It's just the typical, annoying, bare minimum customer service we have to deal with these days. I worked at Subway 23 years ago and I would never get away with that.
