This by FAR is the worst place to order from......I was only one in line getting my wife's order that she gets every Sat as a treat.......drove up because speaker is broken.....how HARD IS IT to take an order at the window.....being only one in line.....well....placed the order.....got home.....and IT'S THE WRONG ORDER.. call up and Diane said bring it back for they were busy......We live by Dollywood so it's not around the corner....wife drove back and person in the window said give me the receipt which she did and said WE CANT TAKE THAT BACK......I'll go find your order.....by that time it probably could bounce off a wall being so dried out.....so my wife asked for the money back ......and she was than again rude.....I'll have to get my mgr......the resolution to this problem should have been.....I'll remake your order.......

They had no mild sauce. Employee uniforms was pitiful. Food portion was small and dining area was dirty.I do not recommend this location.

Even though they were short handed they did a great job, I couldn't even tell they were.
Wasn't greeted...low staff...was told there would we a wait..wanted to serve only drive thru...told multiple times it would be a long wait...not worth the stop.

Ordered on the app they didn’t have anything I ordered. They said call customer service on the app to get your money back. Called the app they say refunds have to be giving by the store. So if you ever go to a Taco Bell order on the app and they don’t have it don’t leave without a cash refund.
