Where to start…. For context, we visited during spring 2024 rod run. 5 people. 4 adults. 1 child. Upon entering, we advised the host: 5 guests. 4 adults 1 child. The host literally put the menus and cutlery in the middle of the table and walked away. 4 menus. 4 sets of cutlery. When the waitress came to the table, we had been seated for a few minutes. And were immediately rushed into ordered. Which we declined to do, requesting a few minutes.We ordered the appetizer sampler, which was cold. Not hot, not room temp. Cold. And looked like the appetizers you buy from the freezer section at Walmart. When I asked for appetizer plates; the runner looked at me like I was stupid. Rolled her eyes and returned with…. Wait for it 4 plates. For a table of 5 guests. Whe an our food was ordered, I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken. With mashed potatoes and fries(the veggie of the day didn’t sound appetizing) my fiancé ordered the 8 ounce sirloin. With mashed potatoes, and his second side as seasoned rice… which we repeated 3 times to the server who did not speak English well. The first time she said “Jasmin rice” which we repeated “seasoned rice” to which she replied “seasoned fries “ again. “Seasoned rice” was repeated. The food arrived, cold plates. Cold food. Lackluster taste. My alcoholic beverage was weak. It tasted like the juice that was in it and not anything else. My fiancés beer was flat, and it came from on tap. The server showed her face exactly 3 times. She didn’t offer refills. She didn’t clear the dirty plates from the appetizers from the table. The service was horrible, the food was worse. I ate almost none of my meal. There was no point in attempting to find a manager because there were no visible staff. ANYWHERE. now I can understand why the parking lot wasn’t full and neither was the restaurant.

Food was absolutely awful. I ordered a soup/salad combo and my lettuce was brown and wilted with cold soup on the side. I don't recommend anyone to eat here, the server did not even get our orders right the first time and our bill somehow came to $40. I could have easily went and got fast food and have a much better experience.

Came by on a busy day with my 11 month old. Food was great, service was even better! Makayla got us in and out really fast + made us feel like we’ve known eachother for forever. I definitely recommend asking to sit in her section?
We got seated quickly, which probably should have been our first hint on a Saturday. Ordered our food, two of us ordered a salad with the meal, which should have came first. The food came along, but had to ask for the 2 salads and the shrimp (the shrimp was a joke for the price, it was cold and not served as said) for another meal. If we had not asked we would not have received any of it. After receiving the meal we were never asked if we needed a refill or anything else until it was time for the check. The employees stayed on their phones the whole time, even as we was leaving there was 3-4 sitting in the waiting area on their phones. Waitress also acted discussed as we handed her a plate we were done with, as she was to good, and sat it on the back of our booth. Should have went with our first option of Outback
