This is our favorite place to eat! We are locals and pass everything else up to go here. This is truly a hidden gem that many people drive by. The manager is super nice, polite and concerned of how happy the customers are. If you drive by this place and eat somewhere else, you're missing out. Thank you to the manager, she was very nice and involved on the floor. We look forward to coming back again and again

Please do not go by the prices when you call. They are wrong. And it is not half price for second person on senior price. Manager very unpleasant.

A big buffet at a good price in Pigeon Forge but we found the food to be less desireable than we expected. They have a huge variety and it was highly recommended. We were very disappointed.

Food was lukewarm at best, overcooked and overpriced. There weren't choices other than battered and fried. The best food was the ice cream.

Visited Late in March 2024 while on a road-trip. There's a story to tell here but I'm going to start my review with... I would happily eat here again, the food was tasty, there's a wide variety of American, southern, and asian dishes as well as salads, vegetables, sides, and desserts. The staff were really good, the man taking care of our table was Paulo, what a nice man. He took the time to chat with us and answer our (stupid) tourist questions, he could not have been more gracious, or hard working. Now for story time:To be honest, we almost walked out after we sat down. Both my wife and I needed the restrooms, and when we went we discovered there was no soap in either restroom. I was concerned about the hygiene of the dining room if no one is washing their hands correctly.I thought we'd give them the opportunity to fix the situation, after all, it's not beyond the realms of possibility they coincidentally ran out at the same time and no one has been told about it. (we did arrive at a busy time). I let the Maitre d know, then we checked the bathrooms 3-4 minutes later. Both restrooms had been fully restocked! Great effort. We then checked out the buffet, there is a hand sanitising station, and disposable vinyl gloves by the plates, which the restaurant requires everyone to wear each time they get a plate.Sometimes things go wrong, it's important you put those things right. Well done to the staff working that night who fixed the issue the moment they found out about it.

This place sucks. Posted price is NOT the price they charge. We aid over $50 for two people and they would not cook more shrimp or crab cakes once they ran out (at 5pm). Would NOT EVER recommend. Stay away and save your money. The waitress was the best part about the whole experience. She was sweet and very helpful.

worst buffet ever. steak was still rare and tuff as hell. i understand thats how some people eat it but they wouldve still asked how we would liked it cooked. all the food was unseasoned and bland the pot roast was dry and the potatoes were already hard and sticky, the macaroni was disgusting weird taste and all. the mexican bar was just ground beef, beans, cheese and hard taco shells. $40 down the drain we shouldve know when we walked in that it wouldve been a bad experience since it was only one table besides us.

$67.80 for a Sunday late lunch for 2 with a toddler, equipped with food poisoning lasting 2 days. Do yourself a favor and go to the Tennessee Department of Health inspections website and look at their score. If the incompetent managers and owners of this place can not fix a simple cooler door or have best practices in place to cool or heat food, how are they able to serve food? Read the latest report. You'll find the usual audit excuses of a delivery just came in blah blah blah, or we resolved it immediately. That's better known as the auditor holding their hand. Buffets used to be a cool thing in America. Now, it's looked down on due to places like this that take no pride or ownership in their establishment. Best thing was the customer service provided by the waiter. Everyone at this establishment should question what they serve and how it impacts the customer.
